I definitely recommend this place. And if you decide to go, make sure to ask for Mrs. Mama Monique Riggs. She has an intoxicating energy that will fill you will life. I went in for a haircut and eyebrow wax and she was so precise and took her time and everything came out perfect. This was my first time inside of this shop and I will not go to anyone else again! I had a wonderful experience and you will too!

On Saturday 6/15/19, I had a horrendous experience with this location.Simply stated – the staff here is unprofessional, argumentative, and disrespectful.Throughout the haircut, I was turned away from the mirror. The lady hit a mole on the left side of my head 3 times and took an hour to cut my hair.Before finishing the haircut, I could feel the lady spraying and patting down the back side of my head. I asked for a hand mirror to check the back but she ignored me.After paying for the haircut, I went home to rinse my hair out and found it to look like the pictures below.I returned the same day and explained to another employee that the haircut was not what I asked for and that I wanted to speak to the manager.The lady who cut my hair earlier saw me and ran to the front of the salon and yelled You came, got a haircut, and paid! Youre done! Get out of my store! This same lady threw me out of the salon, but another employee let me back in.My haircut was not salvageable. I had them shave the rest of it off.*Also, they keep taking down my photos. I wish the manager/owner would just contact me instead

Checked in online and it said 25 minute wait time, when I showed up they told me it would be at least an hour and a half.

We told them high fade and cut the top & this lady straight up cut all my sons hair off! And to top it off his edge up isnt even at all. Ive Gotta fox it at home now. Never again will we go to this place. And then one of the employees wanna sit and argue with me?! As many hair cuts as Ive sat through with my son, never has this happened to him. The lady used the wrong guard seeing as its all one length. They screwed his hair all the way up. I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Very unprofessional & very rude staff.

I have been to this location a couple times. No issues until the manager quit and all the staff went too. Well today 10-26-2019 the “manager” completely chopped up my hair. All I asked for was a mid fade and a trim up top. Nothing is even. The fade goes way past my hat line. My bangs are about an inch longer on one side. I will not be visiting this franchise again.

Husband tried to get a haircut. We showed up at 4:30 and they said they were closed for the day even though the sign says they are open until 5. The haircut does not take longer than 10 minutes usually so I don’t understand why they closed that early.

Never write reviews, but today I went to this supercuts, like I usually do, and the guest satisfaction was phenomenal. I unfortunately do not know the names of most of the barbers/stylists, but I walked in and it was pretty well packed, but they women got the guests in and out so fast, and one of the men told the hairdresser it was perfect. What made my experience so great today was the atmosphere, all the hair dressers were talking to me, signed me up for a raffle, and made me feel comfortable as always. When I was walking out of the shop, one of the hairdressers complimented me, and gave me a hug. I always go here, they are always doing the best work, Ive never left unhappy.

Arrived at 15 till 5 on Sunday. Yes, I understand they close soon....BUT. the hours posted say open till 5 and the open sign was ON when I parked and tried the door. Locked up and when I got back in my truck open sign got turned off. Wont be back.

I live a mile away and have come here multiple times for a cut since moving to the area recently. They clearly state that they are open till 8 pm on website and store sign. I called to confirm. I arrived at 7:28pm and was refused by the blonde stylist with punk hairdo. I will never return!

The hairdresser was excellent cutting my sons hair with autism. He never stays still during the process. They were great.

My styles Risha, was very professional but even more has a great spirit.You know when you can be around someone and just feel there energy even when few words are spoken.

I was a walk-in to smart cuts and was put in the chair immediately, the stylist (Zaria) was warm and very friendly and did an excellent job on my hair

The stylist I had was very good and she made small talk. Thats always something I look for in a stylist because gettjng your hair cut can be a bore.

After waiting almost an hour, she took about 5 minutes to cut my hair; it felt like she was digging in my head with the comb, and scraping the sides of my head with the trimmers. I can honestly say Im never coming back to this location again and more or less not another super cuts if these are the people they employ. I actually went to another location to finish my trim. I should have listened to everyone telling me not to go here.

This place is garbage, never really go to places such as these but in good spirits I just figured I give them a try BAD IDEA .... I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing.
