Tori was awesome! I was very nervous about getting a cut and her mindset was we can always cut more if you want. So I appreciate the fact that she dint just chop all my hair off. Her attitude was great the atmosphere was awesome and the other staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be returning

Inez had great customer service, and I really loved my hair when she finished. I will definitely recommend her and the salon to others.

Very disappointed with service I had an appointment for 10am for highlights and haircut the lady that was there didn’t know how to do highlights and said that the other hair stylist was coming at 11 so I waited it was 11:15 and the stylist didn’t show up so I left. Very disappointed that’s no way to conduct a business when I provided my phone number a simple call to let me know would about the situation would of suffice. Will never come back here not even for a haircut.

If you want your hair butchered and shaved then this is the place for you. I had beautiful hair and she shaved my head. Super uncomfortable environment. Could hear people whispering about the way my hair looked. DO NOT GO HERE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I WAS SO EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED!!

Lori always hooks my God daughter up. They need a few more hands on deck though. There were only 2 stylist working and it was prom night. Long wait times keep me from coming more frequently.

Spoke to Ally at 5:10 pm I asked about getting my haircut and she informed me that she was on break till 5:45. Told her no problem and that I would be back at 5:45 then she stated Ill be closing at 5:45 after I said the sign on the door says closes at 6pm. So I left went in walmart to look for an item and at 5:15 she was cleaning up, sweeping up hair, etc. on her break. Just my observation but I think I may have be mislead. I would greatly appreciate it if a manager could explain what I may have misread in this employees statements.

Worst hair cut in my life, they apparently do not know how cut white people hair. Also the girl that completely buchard my hair said she got her license in high school and had no clue how to cut hair at all. I cryied my eyes out after I seen what she did, my husband talked to the manager and she was completly usless. They didnt make me pay but thats not the point, my hair is boyish looking now I have to wait for it to grow out.

I call up here an ask how much was a relaxer she told me a price then ask i would like to book for one so she said exuse me Alicia respond its better to come just walk in so i did jus that arrived. Their at 4pm an was told she was on break i said thats fine ill wait she comes bk an the other hair dresser informs her she then says ambulant that she on bteak and she get off in an hr she dont have time to do that she see if someone else will the other girl said the same sayn she can flat iron it first off ill havr been comeing to this salon for a while evetime i come i leave them great tips minum of ten dollars yes even had my little girls come their get their first hair cut i would never. Think i would be treated with so unprofessionalism as such an i before i stoop to their level are entertain this ghettoness i told the respectable hairdresser that had spoken to me when i first got their an told her tell them no thank you i wont be treated like this an left if i would have ever new i was going be treated like somr trash instead of a loyal customer i would have never visit thus place which i will never do an will look for a new salon so thank yoy alicia an staff for runin my day an mood i hope you change ur attuide to people are u will continually lose customers if you care are not thats not how you sprak are handle the situation.
