Horrible customer service. We left a tarp in back of truck and my card was charged $20 for a clean up fee. It clearly took 1 minute to remove. This is the down side of having a card on file. They add fees and there’s not much you can do about it. Never again!

These guys have gone beyond their duties to make a horrific incident better . If you rent anywhere else. Youll be sorry. Hey guys Ive been Ill due to my injuries its hard to move things with broken ribs . Be there today anyway to finish. One more trip should cover it. They lied to me about after hours drop off!! I even asked the guy at the pickup desk to verify by calling location!!!

Way cheaper than Uhaul. Ill admit, the truck was dirty inside the cab area and make sure you check all the lights and equipment is working before you burn off. The first truck they tried to give me had a headlight out. Once I pointed it out though they had another one within minutes. But it served its purpose and was less than half of what Uhaul wanted to charge me.

Nice people, decent truck, they were 45 minutes late getting back from lunch for my appointment to pick up my truck.

The informed me wrong about towing and them gave me the right towing equipment but their straps were short and some busyed. :(

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED after booking a reservation online, paying via cc, driving 30 min to location, just to be told they arent taking reservations.

Owner is apparently the only one working the place and is not willing to help acomodate customers. He actually stated he could to something to help but wasnt going too. I guess my money wasnt good enough here.
