If you anywhere near Kyle Texas - I mean within a 25 to 50 mile radius - I would highly suggest you go to Park Place Storage. I’ve been doing business with U-Haul for a while over 40 years Both on a personal and a business level.I can tell you this young man is the wizard of the U-Haul agent. He is at the top of his game From a product knowledge standpoint and even more importantly, from a desire to satisfy the customer standpoint. Is he the cheapest in town; I don’t know! I do know that if you want the job done right to go to somebody that cares, and this place cares.

Very Accommodating and Friendly Goes out of their way to give you the best possible experience

Came out here to make sure my review was still here. The lady that works in the office there is completely rude. I last came here August 2020. Would never go back just because of her. Terrible customer service. Smart remarks and even the gentleman that worked there called out on it. The guy was awesome and treated everyone with respect.

Laura and Kat are absolutely phenomenal. Very fast and efficient service. Professional and polite while also abiding by Covid restrictions as well. We felt comfortable and happy to give them our service!

Owner has terrible customer service skills, called first he hang up in my face then when I was finally able to get him on the line service sucked wish guy didn’t answer at all. Wouldn’t do business here at all.

I’d recommend this location. The ladies whom I dealt with were friendly, incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and accountable. They helped me save money as well in determining which truck to rent. Scheduling and returning was made simple & easy.

The young lady that helped us was extremely friendly, outgoing and hard working. Hooked up the trailer for us in the pouring rain and did it with a smile! I would go out of my way to do business there again because of her!

Great Service!

Terrible customer service. Made a reservation for a uhaul. Called the morning of to confirm my reservation. They never had what I needed. And I wasted my time from work because of this place.They may have been trying to do the right thing by trying to put me in a larger U-Haul for the same price. However I couldn’t make that work even if I wanted too. I should have been told in advance. I never would have come.I do appreciate the lady finding me a uhaul. However it’s B/S I got stranded here because I was lied too by someone. Or they just decided to give my reserved uhaul to someone else.

Quick service. Had truck ready. Easy return. Takes stress out of moving
