My mom has been going here for her taxes for a few years. I decided to give them a try as well this year. These ladies are AWESOME!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! They have a customer for life now!

Ive been coming here going on 4 years. I love the energy with the co workers. Eliza is always helpful and she helps me with anything that I have questions with and Darla has been doing my taxes for the longest there both sweethearts and its nothing but love secure and understanding ❤.

We have been coming to them for 5yrs. And this last year is our LAST. How are we going to own money from last year and not even hear a word from them. And tell us not before but after we file and did all the paper to tell us that we own money back. And have the nerve to say that they called us over and left messages. I had all of my message, test, message on all three of our phones and found no messages of any kind.what of lairs and the guy with the grasses will one day have to give account for his actions.Not to me or the system but to a higher power

Do NOT use this office of Jackson Hewitt. They will bait and switch you with you pricing as well as charge you almost $400 to file taxes when the agent that LITERALLY only types into the computer has no idea what forms are what and forgets basic info and tasks to enter and file. I had to explain to the agent what the forms were and how to enter them, as well as remind the agent they forgot to enter my dependents! Pretty costly mistake for me if i didnt catch it. The office does not care, will not address your concerns and will just stop replying to you. AVOID!!!!
