Had a little more complicated tax situation and thought it best to have a professional do them . Ended up getting my taxes rejected by the IRS . There was missing information and was told they could fix it . I went to them because they where experts . They charged me another $ 39.00 to fix their error .My issue is still not resolved and I cannot get a answer anywhere . I have called the help line and waited on hold for long periods of time . The first call they estimated my hold time at 45 minutes . They never picked up . The next time I waited on hold to speak to someone for 33 minutes .Turns out is was to schedule a meeting with a tax pro who would help me . Waited for their scheduled call and it was a lady from Indiana who said, I dont know why they sent you to me ? She could not help . I finally got a call from the person who had originally done my taxes . I called the help line because she has no answers to what is going on . So I am still waiting for help with no confidence in getting it . Turbo tax would have been a better option .

Whem i first walked in for my appointment with Dean he was very hesitant about everything and seemed as though he was only interested in how many different fines i was going to be getting. He straight up refused to follow through with my appointment which i found to be very unproffessional and highly irritating. I was then approached by Darlene and she was super professional and very thorough. After complaining to front desk they assured me thebproblem with Dean would be addressed and that i would receive a call from the head boss. I never recieved that call but Darlene saved the day. DO NOT USE DEAN!

DO NOT go with lupita monier!! Lori was great answered all of my questions and verified with other coworkers that my info would be fine, front desk was great. Then I got lupita monier, she was very rude and unprofessional. Constantly looking over my paperwork like it was fake and after a coworker had let her know that one of the documents were not needed, She would not hand it back and kept inspecting it like it was fake. She would ask inappropriate questions and was interrogating me about my documents, even after I let her know that they were approved my another worker.She kept talking to us like we were stupid if we asked a question. When I had enough and asked for my things back that is when she got upset. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO LUPITA MONIER REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE!!

I called in preparation to file my taxes and they told me what needed to bring, apon arriving for my appointment, not only was I on time, but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, for they were not ready. I brought the items I was asked on the phone before I came, but they ended up asking me for additional information I didnt currently have access to, which made the experience incredibly awkward, then the agent that was supposed to assist me on my taxes I think her name was Tamera, was acting very uncomfortable and unprofessional, going through the information with her I got the vibe she really didnt know what she was doing, I did not feel welcome in any way. The whole process was incredibly strange for such a simple task, if you cant file your taxes on your own I wouldnt recommend that you go to this facility, but go to the one in san Marcos or buda. Though in my personal opinion its best to just file them your self.

A sad day when H&R gets more money for filing a EZ form tax return then I actually get back . Any idiot can add and subtract . I went there because the EZ forms were free, but not this year . Looks like Ill be doing the free turbotax from now on .
