Fast service at a good price.

I slide off the road and into a snow drift my insurance used these guys. The employee decided it would be a smart idea to hook it to my plastic bumper. Tore the inner bumper to bits. He then switch to my tire to pull me out. I Called to make a compliant and they called me a liar. I have pictures to prove it I filled a claim. Dont use these guys.

My daughters car was brought to their location after it was totalled in a wreck. Yes she is fine, but other insurers dont want to pay. No one thought of the storing fees until I said something in about a month. We just signed the title to them and paid for the tow. The only thing that was a concern is, they moved her vehicle to one of their other lots and she was not notified or signed any paperwork to move the vehicle. Other than that I appreciate they took the car for storage fees.

Prices are way to high dispatchers are very rude on the phone they charge you a fee for any possible reason they can find try to avoid this place at any costs plus you cant even use your triple A service and if you do it costs 45 dollars to pull the car from the fence to the street
