I have towed my truck there after broke down on my way home to Indianapolis .These guys have me back on the road fixed the problem which was the alternator in couple hours. They are very honest and reasonable. Im so happy I went to them.

This is the ABSOLUTE worse car repair business I have EVER come into contact with. They gave me a written estimate before they where given the okay to start working on our vehicle. By the time service repairs had been completed on the vehicle, they marked the repair bill up by an extra $489.62 When I tried to discuss this with the manager, he stated to me there were extra things that had to be done. When I asked him whatextra things needed to be done, he stated he would get back to me. I then told him the purpose of an estimate is so we know approximately what our total bill will be and that he is obligated to keep us informed of any extra repairs I purchased all of my parts and got everything that they said to get. It was later that I learned they were charging me additional labor costs due to there lack of knowledge as well as there incompetence to quote the correct parts that the car actually needed. They even went as far to tell me to purchase Ford parts even though my vehicle is a Mazda. After getting the additional parts that they told me to get, some of those parts also ended up being the wrong parts. It eventully got so bad that the manager from the place where I purchased the parts from had to call over and speak with them directly to see see what was going on. The store manager stated that he got everything listed on the estimate printout. I told him I felt like they were taking advantage of me. The communication is horrible and Im actually thinking about taking them to small claims court. Again the purpose of getting an estimate, is to have an idea as to what the repair bill will be. Before you add an almost additional $500 to the estimate, I think you need to contact the customer first to discuss the additional repairs.This business is rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to communicate well at all. They lack a very vital componet needed for any business to be successful and that is INTEGRITY!! I still never was provided with the new estimate about the new extra repairs that they stated they had to add on. There are many other small busineses here in Kokomo who work on cars and in the future that is exactly where we will be going. My personal opinion of this business not only leads me to believe that they lack integrity, they also do not have good customer service at all!! I will NEVER EVER take any of our vehicles there again. Be very careful when getting an estimate. They most definitely will mark it up!!!!

The manager was rude when I picked up the car. When I took it back a day later to ask why it suddenly sounded like it needs a new muffler, he quickly got defensive and said I was accusing him of messing with the exhaust. All I wanted to know was if something he repaired could be causing the noise. I’m not a mechanic. I don’t know these things. He finally got around to saying that nothing he repaired was causing the noise. Got the car fixed quickly, but it’s strange that we suddenly need another repair. His rudeness and unprofessionalism will keep us from going back there.

Absolutely horrible place! Over the last 2 and a 1/2 years my household has spent over $6500 at this place combined because we have one new car but also 2 older cars. This place has always been extremely unprofessional, expensive, rude, et cetera, but its within walking distance and we basically had no choice. Fast forward to June 18th of this year and I dropped off my daughters car in the lot on a Sunday night for a dash light not working, and put the keys in the lock Box, as instructed 2 days before by them. Fast foward to 6/18/21, her car gets stolen, someone breaks into the lock Box and takes her keys/ car, I didnt even find out until much later in the day bc they didnt check the lockbox 1st thing in the morning bc they forgot. They didnt offer to help w repairs after the car was found 3 days later, they didnt offer to tow it, look at it etc. Do not take your vehicles there! They cant keep help, they are not a reputable business etc or they wouldve done something for a frequent customer, especially since it happened at their shop upon doing exactly what they told me to do! Awful place for sure!

I would advise anyone to NOT take their vehicle to this place. Absolutely unprofessional and RIP offs

I used to like this place, but its went down hill this year big time. Myself and a friend went in at different times for car issues, and they told us both they cant find anything wrong. My friend goes to the store and his car wont start. Went to AutoZone and it was the starter! They either are incompetent, or too lazy to fix anything. They did the same thing to me and charged me 65.00 just to tell me that, and I had to take it to mcgonigals. Not going here anymore!

I have recomended friends and family to kars I have taken my car there for 2 years and from day one have been treated well you may need to leave for a couple days but that just shows how popular they are and cost has always been resonible want an honest repair service take it to kars

Havent had any problems with these guys took my truck there to get some front end work done and they really gave me a complete run down of whats needing done and how much they would charge me and got it done in a timely manner. I definitely will keep this group of mechanics in my book.. I have both my vehicles with them now and they are doing a great job keeping me informed on the progress.. Very pleased with them..

Explained what I thought the problem was 5 times had my vehicle there 4 days charged me 153 vehicle still having same issues....

Long story short, I took my car there because it wasnt accelerating. 550$ later and it still wont accelerate. I took it back up and let them know the problem still wasnt fixed and asked if they could look at it and tell me what was wrong and all they did was hook it up to the diagnostics and tell me the same thing as last time and charged me again! The owner was unnecessarily rude and couldnt talk to me I took it somewhere else and they charged me half the price and actually looked at it and told me the correct problems. Also, ever since they have worked on my car is smells horribly of gas. (They fixedm fuel pump.) Go figure

Worst service Ive ever had out of a mechanic. All workers were disrespectful and they had my car for over a month just to get a new key and program it. And my car still never got fixed. I wouldnt reccomend to my worst enemy, on the building it says open 8-5 and I went up there around 3:45 and nobody was there. So I had to wait an additional day to get my car out. Just all around bad service and bad customer service

These guys are great, they will go that extra mile for you...I had a problem with my truck that was beyond my abilities and not only were the only ones that that would take the job on, they got me in right away...these guys are super nice and honest, and I would trust them with anything....highly recommended...the Schock family

I have been here MULTIPLE times for a wide variety of issues and maintenance requirements. They are very kind and don’t treat me like a dumb woman who doesn’t know anything about cars! Explain what is wrong and what needs to be done very well. Prices are very fair.
