Harrold Chandler has been awesome for us leasing our rental house the last 2 years. Weve never had any problems except our water heater going out and they jumped up to replace it immediately. Definitely recommend. Crystal and Kristi(I hope I spelled her name right!) Are always smiling and have made these last 2 years great.

Slum Lords is a very accurate label for this place. Renting out unfit units, horrible responsive time, lies & deception, and just unpleasant people to deal with overall. They never repair ANYTHING and then question you when you report maintenance issues. If you have to interact with Crystal, good luck. She lies and is a pretty awful human being.If you are looking for a rental, please do yourself a massive favor and avoid this place.

Weve had the pleasure of doing buisness with these wonderful folks. They have rentals for all incomes and do their best to do repairs in a timely manner. Id recommend them to anyone I know.

These people are slum lords. I’ve rented with them for 2 years and have called about a issue for 2 years thats caused us issues and they never fixed it. The maintenance is terrible and just bandaid problems. I’ve always paid and never gave any problems and now they won’t give me my deposit back because they failed to give me the right information when I moved out. So now they get to keep my deposit because they failed to do their job. I will never rent through them again and do not recommend renting from them.

These people dont care about fixing any type of maintenance. We have had yellow smelly water for months weve called and spoke to them multiple times and they always say someones gonna come out tomorrow and they dont. We have maintenance requests 2 years old and its unacceptable.

Liars lead u on tell you youre approved just to turn around less then a week later and tell you your not. Unprofessional liars.
