He answered all my questions and treated me with respect as I was very interested in purchasing the NuStep exercise machine, to help me recover from my 2nd total knee replacement. The 2 men who work for Push Pedal Pull, who delivered my bike, were also professional and punctual.

I shopped everywhere looking for the best price for the Inspire Fitness 2 Functional Trainer and then decided to purchase it locally since everyone had the same exact price. Chase applied some promotional prices that I could not find anywhere during my search and after calling some few online retailers including their own online store.When I finally decided to make the purchase Chase was off work and I was privileged to with Jay Stewart the store manager. I too am in sales and get paid commission, so I was concerned that if I purchased from Jay instead of Chase that Chase would not get the commission, but Jay is a man of his word. When he completed the transaction and provided me the receipt it had Chase as the seller which is exactly what I wanted, because as a salesman I dont have a lot of days off and having to coordinate with Chase would be difficult since we are both in sales.That was my experience, but another reason to purchase at Push Pedal Pull besides the best prices is for their integrity and honesty. I recently had an issue with my order that they took care of immediately. You cannot get better service anywhere guaranteed. I will be buying my exercise bike from them and other high quality home gym solutions and I recommend you do the same.

Fantastic experience! We went in looking for a home gym and Jay spent quite a long time helping us think through our needs. He was thorough and patient and very educated on the equipment in the store. He handled the delivery and order just as he said he would and there were no delays! As soon as I walked in I was assisted by Chase, who was quite helpful. I bought a bike and a week later decided I wanted a different one. I called back and got the manager, Jay, who easily cancelled my order. I returned twice, the last time with my husband, to make a final decision. We bought a recumbent bike which was delivered today. The two delivery men, Ethan and Rob, managed to most carefully get the bike up the stairs without touching anything. Overall - this whole experience has been excellent.

Jay is absolutely a wonderful person to work with! He is knowledgeable and kind and soooo NOT pushy! He helped us decide on our spinner bike! He even helped us figure out how to set it up! From the start to the end Jay was professional and friendly! Not stuffy at all! When he found out my husband was a Veteran he also gave us a Veterans discount! And he also helped us put the bike in the back of our Mini Cooper Clubman (yes it does fit)! What a wonderful experience! Oh and what we purchased was a Lemond RevMax Pro! Visited on Wednesday October 7th and was promptly greeted by staff. We were eager to see the equipment available. Staff is very knowledgeable, showed us proper usage, and answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we presented.We were pleased enough we placed an order. As an added bonus Jay insisted we bring our bulldogs in from our truck for a visit. Needless to say the dogs had a great time.Will not hesitate to drop in from time to time to try out the new exercise equipment they have...of course the dogs will be with us. Will give an update once we get our highly anticipated home gym.

Our experience was very poor on a number of levels. Customer service was terrible. Delivery dates were move and what was supposed to be a 3 week delivery turned out to be never. One employee advised to keep calling back! There was no feeling in confidence. No rationale explanation, except the manufacturing company was the problem. We had ordered two expensive pieces of equipment, with plans to order one more after delivery. That did not happen and we asked for a refund and received one. Terrible communications skills.

A few months ago I went to Push Pedal Pull to inquire about a treadmill. A very helpful saleswoman gave me all the information I needed to begin thinking about my purchase. I returned just yesterday, finally ready to buy a treadmill, and I encountered two lovely gentlemen. They were also helpful, upbeat, and answered all of my questions! Jay and Chase where very helpful to find the right equipment for me, very patient and knowledgable and was very helpful, and my kind of place to shop with no pressure to buy the most expensive but they are honest with what is good quality, which is important to me. Terrible customer service. Technician was supposed to call me back to schedule equipment repair but they never did. I called again and actually spoke to the tech and scheduled repair. No one ever showed up or even called the day of said scheduled repair.
