They are terrible dont rent there cheap boats worst service ever I wouldnt even give them a1 star

Me and my husband rented a 2 person kayak on a Sunday and it was a very easy and fun experience! The 2 person kayaks are limited and very popular so if you are planning on needing one, I would suggest getting there prior to opening, especially on weekends. Also, make sure you are waiting at the right building. One is for actually buying the rental and the other is just where you pick up your equipment. Overall great experience, will absolutely be back.

Offers a variety of small water craft rental options at very affordable rates. One area for improvement would be offering reservations by phone or computer.

We rented a kayak and it started sinking in the middle of the lake. We then explained to the woman what happened and asked for a refund. She refused and it escalated to a supervisor and he refused as well and would only offer us our next kayak rental free. Extremely poor customer service and we will be escalating the situation.

We enjoyed the kayaking, but the service was horrible

The location is great, but the service was ABYSSMAL when I tried to rent something today with a friend. We asked what was still available and were curtly told what you see. When we inquired about a couple kayaks sitting out, we were then rudely told those arent available. The two young men sitting inside seemed almost smug about the fact that we were struggling to figure out what was and was not available, and did not offer help once, instead opting to sit and chuckle to one another. When we inquired about paddleboards, we were advised that the people who walked in AFTER us had reserved the last two paddleboards while we were struggling to discern, with no help from the workers, what we actually had to choose from. This goes without mentioning that yesterday, I attempted to call half a dozen times and was sent to a full mailbox, leaving me unable to reserve anything.Long story short, the employees there today were awful, rude, and completely useless. Possibly the worst service I have ever received at an equipment rental location. I will not be returning to give them any business, which is sad since Ive rented there many times with family in the past.I strongly advise you get your rentals anyplace else and drive them here or to another location on the shore yourself. Renting from them isnt cheap enough to warrant dealing with the insufferable employees, and given the complete lack of service, I wouldnt tell anybody I know to go here for a pleasant Saturday outing.

Kayaks and stand up paddle boards! Nice quiet cove to get started in. Highly recommend.
