So hes an overall nice guy... But he claimed he was at my house when he wasnt the first time this happened I paid him anyway no big deal he doesnt have high rates which is good.but then I told him I wouldnt be able to pay for a bit because some expenses came up and he told me that was fine he would skip some mowings for me.. then told me he had came to my house anyway mind you I have a ring camera and there was no evidence of him actually being here again. He then proceeded to try to double charge me... Im not the one to try to fool and if he needs the money he could ask for a higher price without trying to fool me. But I have a small lawn and typical rates are between 30-40 dollars anywhere including my shrubs. He proceeded to say so 40 for the lawn and 35 for the shrubs . No sir. Do not act like your not even an hour yardwork is worth that. He does an ok job but its not great. So its not worth it to me. Ill be going elsewhere. I offered him 40 since it had been over a month since he was here. More than the typical 25 to try to be nice. But he tried to con me.

This guy got very confrontational when I complained that he covered our cars with weedeater clippings, for a second time. He said that he couldnt prevent get grass on our cars. He came back with a blower and got most of the grass off. To be clear, he was working on my neighbors yard, not mine.

Showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job on my parents yard. Ill definitely use him again. Had him over to take care of some of our flower beds and he worked tirelessly and completed the job on time to our satisfaction. We will def be calling him back again.

Dwayne is very meticulous and detail oriented. He does an excellent job!
