Tennessee Valley Pool and Spa installed a Pinnacle 30 fiberglass pool at my home. They were fast and efficient. The pool itself was up and running in less than 2 weeks. Even my neighbors were impressed with everyone who came to work on the project. Chase came out and took time to teach me how to take care of the pool and has been so kind to answer all of my questions. We are absolutely in love with our beautiful new outdoor space!

Their products are well stocked and at a great price. I came in needing a solar cover ordered and it arrived 2 days later! I even signed myself up for the pool school class they are offering—a great opportunity to learn how to maintain my pool!

Came to this place for a Orca Cooler, as they are just about the only ones in Knoxville that sell them in stock. Talked with Andrew, and he was incredibly professional and helpful. Got the cooler home, and it unfortunately had a scratch in it that wasn’t seen in store. Called Andrew back, and he let’s us keep the one with the scratch in it to use until a new one could be ordered for a exchange. It’s the little things like this that make a great company.

Had a dead pool pump right at the start of the season. After speaking with several companies who were not readily available or never called back, I reached out to TN Valley Pools and Spas and they were literally at my house the very next morning. First, they tried to fix the old pump (like 10 years old) which was completely shot. Then they were very elaborate on letting me know my options, cost effectiveness, maximum energy conservation, best value and direction the market is headed, etc. They had the new pump installed within minutes and the whole process only took an hour or two. My new pump is great and I am highly pleased with the entire process so I sent them this email in return...Hey Andrew, just wanted to give y’all an update and let you know I really appreciated y’all’s efficiency, professionalism and kindness. The new 3 speed Pentair is awesome, I absolutely love it. Please let Shane know thanks for talking me into it and he was right, I’m “thanking him later.” It’s great, that being said y’all are my new pool people. I would like to use you guys for my next closing/opening since I’m still getting used to new pump and all. I had a great experience working with Shane on my pool liner replacement. Looks great. I appreciated the patience with my questions around the well water supply and lights.

Shane went out of his way to make sure my pool was leak free. He checked the water level daily found and fixed my leak. Honest, dependable and reliable I strongly recommend them for all your pool needs.

Love the new hot tub. Weve had it about a month now and use it almost every day. Better therapeutic jets than our last hot tub which was a Hot Springs.

These guys know their stuff! Whenever I have a question they are on it! They are able to get me all the parts, chemicals, and equipment I need! I trust these guys wholeheartedly to take care of my pool. Most recently I needed a pressure gauge and fitting and they had them in stock! Trust these guys with your equipment for years to come like I plan to!

I hired this company to come and clean my pool. While I was on vacation, the owner sent an and at first tried to tellme he was the one that did it but he ended up telling me he sent an employee. he came out and I had advised this company not to use my pool system to vacuum I had a special vacuum that they were advised to use. Anyway the employee sent vacuumed the pool with no basket and ended up clogging up the pipes underground. It’s been two months I’m still trying to get this fixed and I can’t even get a response out of this company. I know they’re newly opened and things happen but if you make a mistake you should own it and fix it. He did say that he wouldn’t charge me for that pool cleaning. Tread cautiously when using this company for services.
