This is the best group to move a hot tub in the Knoxville area because they are very responsive to inquiries, reasonably priced, polite and professional. The three gentlemen that moved our six person tub showed up on time, removed the tub from one location and promptly arrived at our new home. They did not leave a mess and ensured the tub was placed exactly as needed. I will call them for all our hot tub needs or repairs from this point forward! Great guys!

I needed a circuit board for my spa. I was searching while in the area because where I live there are no service companies for spas. Gary went above and beyond to help me locate a board while visiting in Pigeon Forge. He gained nothing from it money wise but still went out of his way to help me locate this board. I would recommend his service with 10 stars. He could have easily shrugged me off or sold me a board on backorder like all the others wanted to do but chose to help! Great service! Thanks Gary!

I called Gary at ABC Hot Tub Repairs after a failed attempt to diagnose my spa myself.... I told him what I knew and where I was stumped, and he actually walked me through how to diagnose the spa myself. A lesser company might have insisted on coming to diagnose the problem themselves and milk me for a service fee, but Gary helped me over the phone to no financial gain of his own. The diagnosis was correct and I have since repaired the spa myself. Couldnt be happier with the interaction. Five stars.

I had a problem with temperature on our tub. The tub was getting hotter than the temperature I had it set for. I called Gary to set up an appointment for service, but while we were talking he recommended that I try something. I did what he asked and it fixed my problem. He could have come out and taken my money...taken advantage of me, but he didn’t. Refreshing to know that there are still honest people in the service industry. I rate Gary 5 stars based on my experience. All the major hot tub techs in town were backed up for a week. We had a leak in the hot tub and guests were in the house. After several calls, Gary was the only one available the day after and he was Responsive, Courteous, True to his words and On time. Couldn’t ask for a better service. I recently purchased a hot tub, and wanted it inspected/tested along with needing the electrical connections made. Being my first tub I also wanted a little bit of an education when it came to maintenance. ABC was the perfect solution! They gave my tub a clean bill of health after hooking it up and running it through its paces. He also cut through a lot of the marketing bs when it came to chemicals and maintenance. For a very reasonable service fee I now have a much better understanding of my tub, and how to take care of it. I will be using ABC for any future hot tub needs.
