Jimmy who runs the place is nothing.he talks to employees like trash and if say something he doesnt like. He lets you go. Will be calling corporate office and letting them know what is going on in Knoxville Jimmy is a joke for a manager

I work for LaborSmart. Its a good place to work especially for people with lots of things going on in life. The staff are friendly and unserstanding. I cannot comment from a customer stand point.

The owner is very rude, and speaks to whomever however. If hes overwhelmed he tends to get frustrated with employees very quickly and curses at them. Very confrontational environment. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Jimmy is a awesome Boss an he always make sure you got work.

Told me and other workers waiting get pick up cant hang out side or be in there car waiting but never said anything to the mom or son waiting in car and they even smarted off to him he still let them go to work witness one person sent home for stepping outside for a smoke that not very good for the company plus there drivers for companys conplain about the temps not doing there jobs still sending same ones out

Was rude to me about my shirt cause it was a cutoff shirt and he was yelling at me and cussed me out and when i told him that to stop being rude he tried saying he wasnt and told me to leave and was still cussing me then when i yelled and cussed him back said somethings a person should never call someone and he came from behind his desk and started hitting me and then called the police on me

Jimmy is amazing, anytime i have an issue he has always listened with open ears and done his best possible work to get it fixed. He is an amazing man to get to work with and i will always come back when i am in the area and need work!

Jimmy is the best manager anyone has to offer great and very professional! He will help you anyway possible, please dont listen to the other reviews!

They are a good place to work they are day labor i work for them and they are good they put you to work

Every single time I show up I get a job on the spot and the pay is great no less than 10 an HR no matter what

When u need workers they got your back some workers work better then others but its just a temp service one phone call and they can be changed and have u a new worker the next day

NEVER DO BUSINESS with these jokes This is hands down the worst business I’ve ever tried to deal with! The people in there are rude and disrespectful! Talk to like trash on the phone then go there and get threaten to be beat to death then calls the cop what a sad joke

The manager is nothing but a thug who talks to emplyees like trash and lies about pay when start a job at one rate and then when you go to get payed it lower and hes always trying to fight with employees and this man should not be working for the company much less a manager its the worst staffing company ever to work for jimmy is always show boating want everyone to look at him when he brings his prison mentality out and try to fight theres a time to grow up your in your 40s not teens so if you want to be treated like trash this is the man to work for thank you for reading.
