Nate and Jordan are life savers! There was some miscommunication between my job and I and they stepped up to clear everything up for me! They took time to help me keep my job and make sure we were all on the same page. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend Aerotek. **UPDATE 3/6/2019**I drove out to the employer they were insisting theyd placed me with in a couple weeks.The employer confirmed for they were actually on a hiring freeze for the next few months. Until at least closer to Summer 2019.Aeroteks rep lied to me. I dont know for what reason. So here I am jobless because I was ensured I was a starting a job and left my old one due to these liars.DO NOT WORK WITH THEM EVER.**Previous review unedited 2/28/19**The situation Im about to tell you about is ongoing. Got a call about a job Dec 31, 18. Go to the interview Jan 17, 19. Get told on Tues Jan 22 their client wants to hire me. Turn in my notice at my old job. Did paperwork (W4, etc) Feb1. Leave my old job on Feb 8. Its now one day away from March 1. I havent started the job they keep telling me and still are telling me I was hired for.The new job should be great so Im waiting to start.The waiting wouldnt be so bad except when you need answers: they may not pick up the phone, may not text you back, may even switch who you are supposed to contact within their office.Monday Feb 25, finally get an update. The government shutdown down stopped the client from getting some funds. They still want to hire me. But my contact sounds unsure.I was clear I wanted to work for this client but...I asked for some info on some backups. Wednesday I asked for some more info. Its Thursday and I still havent heard back from my contact.My best advice, dont get wrapped up with this place regardless of the good reviews others have given. It may have worked out good for them but I shouldnt have taken the risk.You shouldnt take the risk dealing with them either.Ill update if this all gets fixed and they actually get me working soon.

Highly recommend this agency!! I was laid off from my job about 5 months ago and visited a few employment agencies during this stressful time in my life. My experience with Aerotek was the only positive one. The recruiter I interviewed with genuinely took time to get to know me and understand what my “perfect job” would be. A few weeks later she had 2 interviews lined up for me and they were exactly what I was looking for! She even met me for coffee before the interviews and helped me prepare. She was very transparent the entire process and even gave me the negative feedback from the first interview to help me better prepare for the 2nd one. She called me yesterday with the job offer and I could not be happier with this new position! And my recruiter wants to treat my wife and I to dinner next week to celebrate the good news. I have had one of the best experiences I have ever had working with Aerotek Knoxville! The recruiter Tyler Dailey called me out of the blue when I was ready to simply settle on a position out of necessity after all everyone has bills they have to pay. He had found one of my many resume that I have had posted online and simply said that I had far to many great attributes and qualifications to have to settle on a position that I needed out of need. He was very professional and fought for me to obtain a great position with over double the pay and benefits of the position that I was going to settle on. I had one interview with Aerotek Knoxville and within three day I was all set to start my new position. I was even told that it may take up to three weeks for my direct deposit to get set up but it was good to go by week two. I can not stress how helpful and professional the staff of Aerotek have been of great benefit to me. My recruiter Tyler was even kind enough to deliver my first weeks check to me so that I would not have to spend the gas money to go, and pick it up at the office. Tyler said when we first met that He was available to help me 24/7 and he has held true that statement. If I could give more that 5 stars I would on this review!

Not your typical Manual Labor staffing agency -- Not your typical recruiters! Austin and Jay were great!! I was glad to see the professionalism and friendly demeanor, along with their willingness to help in anyway that they could. I was initially surprised by the opportunity at my placement. Instead of jobs/placements you hate and work just to make money Aerotek gets individuals in the door (which is big) and in positions that have lots of opportunity for growth - that if a good fit for the company and the individual can turn into long term careers. They were very hands on and do a good job of walking you through the process. A few months later, and I have been hired on with a great company.

So far this has been an amazing company. They are seriously looking for honest, reliable hard working people. Tyler Dailey is extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond for you as long as you put forth the effort as well. So far this is the best temporary service company to work for.

The recruiters are actually pretty cool. Tyler helped me quite a bit, and Nolen was awesome. He even helped me with a few rides to work whenI had wrecked my car. This review is about the company overall, and it’s not great. If you have an issue do not expect any help from them. I was working at Fresineus, and they had some kind of glitch in the payroll that prevented us from getting paid for a couple of weeks. Aerotek gave no reason as to why this happened, and did nothing to make it right. Later I took a job through CVG. I forgot my badge one day, and HR was supposed to turn in my hours to Aerotek. They did not do their job even though the supervisor acknowledged that I was owed the money. This was a case of wage theft by their client, and Aerotek once again did absolutely nothing to make it right. In short if you need a job bad go with them if not avoid them.

Tyler is most honest guy u will ever deal with even when you dont want to hear what needs to be told to you. Stand up guy, if anyone is in need of a regular job or a career job hes your man. While the interview and the job placement was a very good experience, my experience with their benefits has not been good at all. I was really excited to see how much their medical insurance covers and, after asking staff multiple times, scheduled some much needed appointments. My temporary assignment ended, but I kept the appointments since Id paid for the full month of benefits. Now Im receiving bills stating I was uninsured because the staff in the Aerotek office apparently has no clue what their benefits policy is. My benefits were effective a full month prior to when I was told they would be, so I basically paid for a month of insurance I didnt know I had and then wasnt covered for the appointments I purposely scheduled for the month I was told my insurance would be effective. I dont advise anyone to not work for Aerotek. I just strongly advise you contact someone in the Allegis Marketplace as soon as possible to have your benefits explained to you.

I thought i was getting somewhere with these people but i got stood up on many job offers. I had done my paperwork, drug screen, etc. They told me they were very confident in placing me as my references were excellent and they had found many jobs that fit my schedule and the work i was looking for, but there was always an underlying problem that kept me from actually starting a job! I heard things like, we cant reach the employer you should be able to start next week blah blah blah. Very unprofessional and liars.

After being involved with them for over 2 years my experience has been very good. Adam Scott is the best when it has come to attentiveness to urgent needs.

I was not actively looking for a job when I was contacted by Austin Arrowood about a potential new job. Austin, Daniel Miles, Sandy and Tiffany were very professional and I began a new and potentially better career. I would highly recommend them.

Got a call from a guy name maz he was interested in hiring me then started to ask questions about previous work experience and I told him about my previous work experience then he offered me a position upon finishing the hiring process I could start so I drive an hour away to get there for him to ask the same things he did over the phone and every thing went okay I was supposed to had started that following Monday and he had told me before I drove up that he was authorized to to hire and have some one start that following Monday then he told me had to wait for the manager to give the go before he could give me a start date it would have been nice if he had been honest !!

I used Aerotek in Tinley Pk IL. When I moved to Maryville TN I reached out to Aerotek in Knoxville. Christian Massicotte responded to my phone call and I could not be more pleased. He really put an effort to match my skills with a good company. I was a maintenance tech in IL and fortunately Christian helped me to maintain my career here in TN as well.My job is even close to my home! I certainly will recommend Aerotek to my contacts because I know they will be pleased as well as I am again. To Christian, I am forever grateful to you for helping me in my career path.

I would NOT recommend this agency to ANYONE. They have no issues lying to you. I went to work for this agency agaisnt my better judgement. They said I was going to work for a plumbing company and all Id be going is unloading a truck and putting PVC pipes together. So they send me to this job site. I dont know to much about plumbing. I know a little bit. But when I got there it WAS NOT plumbing it was ELECTRICAL. Which I know NOTHING about. The company said send someone who knows what they are doing. NOWHERE on my resume says electrician and Aerotek knew this. But they didnt care. They wanted to fill that spot so bad because they get money for it. I will NEVER again accept work from Aerotek EVER again. Now I wont mention the recruiters name who recruited me but I will say this much if they are getting paid for the positions they fill expect to be lied to. When they called me I knew they were gonna lie.

Would give no stars!! This company has called me in 6 different times to go over my resume cause they want to place me at a job only they never do! Thing is I live in maryville so going out there and never being placed anywhere is a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!

I was contacted by Tyler Dailey on behalf of aero tech asking if I was interested in a local position. I explained I had separated from my previous employer due to family illness and was required to become their constant care giver. Tyler simply let me know if there is anything he could do and let him know when I was ready to go back to work. Brittanee Thomas was very helpful lining me up with a contract structural engineering position in Knoxville, TN.

This company is something special. I am a nurse who wanted to get out of the hospital setting/rotating shift schedule after nearly 24 years. I had been thinking about making a change for a while, then a recruiter named Brittanee called me one day with a position very similar to the one I was already in. I explained to her that I was not interested and with most recruiters thats usually the end of the conversation and the last time you hear from them. Brittanee invited me to lunch the next day and expressed that she wanted to help me find what I was looking for. She was very professional and helped me edit my resume to appeal to the kinds of jobs I was looking for. It did take a few months before she called with that right fit job opportunity but she kept in touch in the meantime and let me know she had not forgotten about me. I dont think Im allowed to give away the name of their clients but the job I have recently accepted through Aerotek is with a wonderful company and I never imagined I could land a job like this! Could not be more excited for this next job opportunity and could not have done it without the help of Aerotek/Brittanee. I already put my son in touch with her (recent college graduate with mechanical engineering degree), and they have 2 interviews lined up for him already and are going to help his girlfriend out with a summer internship!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time with this POS staffing agency. I have never dealt with anybody more Incompetent in my entire life. Dont ever deal with Kaitlin Ewing!!!!! She lied just to get credit for my interview with SAIC. She didnt tell me it was gonna take a 2 to 4 month process for all the Clearance protocols to clear/Including Federal Background check, Drug Screen and Fingerprinting process. I would still not be promised a job after all that as well. NONE OF THIS WAS TOLD TO ME BEFORE I DROVE FROM KNOXVILLE TO THE OUTSKIRTS OF OAK RIDGE. IT TOOK ME 35 MINUTES TO GET THERE.
