I would not suggest working with this company they are not a very good business to try to partner up with or as they say become a dealer it’s like a family. We tried to partner with them after the big run around they gave us on setting up an account with them they lied and then said our company was to small for them yes we are a small company but they need to understand when they started out they were small to.After explaining to them all that we are doing they basically told us to give it some time and they might consider us. Well we have helped them decide we will be taking our business else we’re and will keep on letting everyone know how they feel they are so much better than everybody and they don’t care about the small business people. You should all be ashamed of yourself.

I was in the middle of digitizing new shirts from r my husband’s company when the hard drive on my computer went out needless to say I lost everything. Emailed RNK my floriani information late last night and first thing this morning I have an email telling me how to download to my new computer. Now mind you I’m in the senior class but with the help of Matthew I am back up and running. I have never had a problem with my software, I have never had it shut down after adding text, the support has always been great and Kathy Quinn and her tutorials are awesome and so much fun when she makes a mistake cuz it shows she’s one of us and also shows us how to fix it. I have actually been in multiple classes she has taught and she will answer questions on our/my level.God Bless you all!Dawn

I agree with Michael Lewis. Bad company to work with as a dealer. They do lie ….. small company not wanted. Its all about money - no such thing as a family working together. Just not true.

Removed 2 gas hearers and reinstalled 2 new gas hearers. They were working properly And as designed when we left. Everyone there was very nice friendly and professional. My experience there Was a very good one.

I have had this software for 4 months. I’d like to think that I have somewhat gotten the in’s and out’s of it until I started utilizing more of the programs capabilities.Now each and EVERY TIME my program shuts its self down after I have spent hours auto digitizing and adding text to a design.And if I don’t save it throughout designing, I completely loose everything because the program shuts itself down.I thought that maybe I just had a bad copy of the software, so I used TWO different friends software and their computers, including the stores that I brought it from, to only finding out that it was actually the software because both computers shut down as well.Today I called the software support and spoke to Liz.Not only was she rude and disrespectful, she couldn’t answer my question and raised her voice at me when I questioned her answer. I ask to speak to someone else that could help me because she didn’t seem like the customer service type or was having a bad day.I paid quite a bit of money for this software with the hopes of designing images as I was taught at the event. Not only am I disappointed at the type of customer service I received, I’m disappointed that I spent this type of money for a software that shuts itself down.Next day...I received a phone call at the store from the owner of RNK. I was excited when he introduced himself to me as Rick, the owner of the company that makes embellish software.(The software that I’ve been having problems with shutting itself down).Instead of asking me what he could do to rectify the problem I was having with the software...he proceeded to tell me that I needed to stop bad mouthing his company on Facebook and that I was giving HIS COMPANY AND the one that I am working part time for a bad name. Not once did he offer to help me with the issue I was having with the software, nor did he offer a fix for my problem. The only issue he had was the fact that I had written a bad review on his page and the negative affects it was going cause his other “1000’s” of customers that didn’t have issues with his software. I felt bullied and appalled that a man of his stature would call me with conflict and no resolution for his product.I paid for this software with the aim of growing MY BUSINESS as an embroidery designer and now having talked to the owner, I can see why the customer service I received yesterday was a definite reflection of its owner!Embellish has lost a valuable customer that could have been a great asset and resource for other embroiders and crafters alike with positive reviews.

I work for a dealer and we love the product from RNK.However there accounting system lacks a lot! Not very accurate, either credits we are due never get processed or credit memos were issued and we are never notified. Countless times checks are applied incorrectly. When I request a statement the pages i got are archaic! very difficult to understand.
