Super impressed with Computer Systems Plus & their technician Jamie!I wish I had found them sooner. By the time I contacted Computer Systems Plus I had spent two very stressful weeks trying to get our office up and running. We had several computer & network issues preventing us from running daily operations. I spent hours on the phone with several IT companies and software technical support for the programs we use in our office. Nothing was working.I contacted Computer Systems Plus and explained the problems I was having. The very next morning they sent out their technician Jamie. Within minutes he had one problem fixed and was on to the next. He had our office running smoothly in no time. I was very impressed with Jamie and his ability to fix software problems that two weeks of specialized customer support couldn’t fix. I couldn’t believe I had spent the last 2 weeks going in circles and driving myself crazy. It took Jamie only an hour or so to resolve everything. It was so nice to make one call and have someone knowledgeable enough to fix all of our issues while I sat back stress free. He even explained what the problems were and how to avoid them going forward. If you are tired of being put on hold by customer support or dealing with IT companies that don’t understand the urgency to have operational computer systems for your business, this is the company for you.Excellent service, responsive and reasonable pricing. I was one of their first customers. I had them install a network at the law firm where I worked as the firms administrator. That was in the early days of computer networks and I had limited understanding of how it all worked, so I depended on Computer Systems Plus to install it and make it work. We are a small business and have went through a couple of IT companies but by far this company is the best in Knoxville. Our previous company tried to tell us that our server needed to be replaced so I got a second opinion from CSP and I am very glad I did because our server did not need to be replaced. Out of all the techs I had here from previous companies Daniel by far is the best. He fixed our problem within 20 minutes which the other company was here 6 hours and said my server needed replaced.
