Normally roy does a okay job mats were still dirty could have been much cleaner.. im questioning myself if i ever be back... prices are the same as a professional detail shop and was not what i expected ...car was clean some what but mats was left in trunk should have checked before leaving ..

Job looked really nice, now my car has a awful smell and had to be redone by diamond car wash and deli! left massive water was under seats couldve molded the interior glad they were able to fix my problem before it got worse i never attend my hard earned money here again i paid $120 and im having to spend more ..car was clean just not the right way at all

I wouldn’t recommend this detail shop, my grandmother is a sweet lady who lives off of disability and spends her monthly allowance for a detail once every now and then when shes able to afford it, the car Roy detailed was not waxed and my sister also said the same thing we decided to take her car to Knoxville detail xperts and they looked at it and also said it’s not been waxed car is much better thanks to jimmy in west Knoxville xperts detail shop .

Roy does a great job at a very fair and competitive price. All work is done by hand. He does regular washes and vacuums for about $10-15 roughly, and details vary based on the level of work needed. My detail cost me about $60, and included a hand wax.I recommend you give him a try.

Wondering if Roy’s auto detail is still in business I’ve called and received no answer ?Iwas in the area a couple of days ago and looks like someone lives at Roy’s auto detail does anyone know if the business is still open for business needing my car detailed immediately ?

I’ve tried calling the business for 2 days now and I’ve got hung up on and left on voicemail I’ve not left a voicemail cause I’ve once made a appointment and never did Roy follow threw I’ve heard good and bad things but i wanted to try Roy’s detail out for myself I won’t be coming here after the ignored follow up thanks anyways just not respected !

Oh yeah. You need to totally go here. I went here on my lunch break and I swear its like I have a brand new car. They got stains out of my seats that have been there for a while and every inch of it just looks absolutely amazing. They did a miracle in one hour on my lunch break and the price was great. They only take cash or check so just be prepared but totally worth it. You may want to call before you go as he told me that he wasnt getting started in till 11 today and its just two guys so unless you can leave your car there you might want to just called make sure its a good time to come.

Recently my grandmother came here to get her car detail inside and out, and when we received car back it unfortunately was not waxed it was clean to a point but nothing to give Credit for I’ve had better, Anyways my grandmother has complained and nothing was done about it !I have been trying to reach out to Roy for the past 4 days now and haven’t got a response this is not a professional way to run a business !my grandmother will not purchase anything else from here again the frustration of getting ripped of is upsetting and is not professional at all I would give a 0 star if I could !

Poor quality of a business.Myself and my husband have both tried to call to make appointment for the past week now and We’ve both been ignored .The “business “ is in the neighborhood and I’ve heard okay things about Roy’s auto detail but after being ignored I won’t waste my time again.
