Dont waste your time. I got my truck and trailer washed here and they did a very poor job. No one takes pride in their work anymore. They didnt even touch the top of the truck at all. I have a brand new flatbed and it looks like all they did was wash the new polished rims and sent it out the door. All these places want to get you in and get your money and get you out quickly.

Great Job guys!!!!! We had gotten a couple of sub par washes from other places so our truck was super dirty. The Pride guys made sure to get it clean, Crome and all. No scratches just sparkly. Best truck wash. Thanks Pride Truck Wash we will be back. Nice& relaxing A/C is on inside in waiting area. Cool shirts inside too!

Stopped by evening of July 5. Guys here did an awesome job. Scrubbed those hard to reach areas. Especially got the top of the sleeper. Definitely will stop in here again for future washes.

Worst experience ever stopped by 6 September 2021. These are the young guys just want your money . They charged like hundred dollars just for simple truck wash. They will laugh at you if you show them not washed spots. I showed them lot of spots after they done but they didn’t done his job.

Friendly and they was amazingly. We only wash at the best ( cedar bluff towing and chestnut street)

We have a dually and a 42ft 5th wheel. They priced it at over $100 and had the nerve to say if we didn’t like their price we could go to Blue Beacon. My husband has been to many a truck wash and only paid $70 for a tractor/trailer! We are at Blue Beacon and the guys are very courteous! And the price is $52!!!

Very disappointed with both the RV wash, Premium Wax and Polishing of my Aluminum wheels. They may be great at washing trucks, very relaxed when washing RVs did not touch the rounded edges of the roof, windows spotted right after completion. By the time we got to campground the coach and the windows were all streaked Could not machine polish my wheels did not have a machine for my types of wheels they decide to hand polish my error not to ask for my money back then but they assured me they could do it by hand. Terrible job, could not clean up the aluminum plus they left polish all over the tires this came out more after traveling and the excess polish was worst see photo. I thought for $137.11 it would be a more professional job not even close.

Not as impressive as it used to be. Paid for the ultimate, but didnt get ultimate service. Got excuses, not results.

For $144 i have left with a dirty truck and trailer. Plus, after wash out, they didnt put the load locks back in the trailer, thats another $70 lost + they never answer the phone. Now, i understand why BB acros the street is full when Pride stais empty.

Finally a truck wash that actually washes your truck and gets it clean. I was very pleased

Missed alot of places. Mud flaps, wheels is just a couple of examples. One of the worst washs ever. Blue Beacon does better.

I paid $49.95 for a day cab w/no trailer. What come with that was a wash with brush, hand wash wheels w/ not, tire shine rub after wash, if you stop right at the beginning of the entrance at the bay, they will do a quick vacuum, hand towel dried. For the money you cannot beat it. I had 15 minutes left for my lunch before I could get back on, and they said I was ready to go. I told them that I didnt need to move for 15 more minutes and if they could do something in the meantime I would pay for it. Now needless to say it wasnt busy, they accommodated me at no extra charge, and they allowed me to do my own door jams and wash my own floor mats. Everybody was really nice and outgoing. I definitely will be back from now on.

Went by there last night guy got mad because I pulled up to bay 1 he started slamming hoses and brushes and shaking his head I told them what I wanted then next everything this morning back of canwasnt even brushed wheels wasnt brushed mud guards still dirty truck was half clean terrible job guess they allow employees like that blue bacon next time

This was my first ever experience with a large truck wash facility. It had two bays but when I arrived at noon. Only one was operating. I was in a large RV. I was like 8 in line. It took close to two hours for me to get into the wash bay.As I came up to the wash that had been running the second bay started being used.I choose a basic wash package. Just for the RV. The car in tow I declined it getting washed.There like 5 or 6 young men. Washing the RVThey did a marvelous job. They charged $1.50 per foot including tax was $70.Yes I would use the again. With the mind set of the time to get in and out of there.My only complaint it that the roof needed a good cleaning and I did not pursue getting this done.

I did wait in line for about an hour, then they spent 30 minutes washing my truck. Best wash in a long while and much better than the Blue Beacon next door. Have a really nice undercarriage wash system that works great. Truck( completely brushed), trailer, engine, undercarriage, and wax was $112.

It was hands down one of the best washes I have gotten in 23 years of trucking.. and tire shine is always complimentary...They pay attention to details ...they wash it the way I do ...great job Knoxville guys !!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Go to Blue Beacon. They charged 20 dollars to brush the trailer, but they didnt touch the right side back door. The stacks were not touched on either side, and the right side tractor wheels were not clean. For 112 dollars I expected a much better job! Guys, just spraying water on the truck wont get it clean.

Had truck washed and in the process it was damaged by Cameron who was not very professional when confronted about the situation I was later contacted by Robert who said the issue would be taken care of after a few weeks I had to contact my insurance company and have them take care of the situation Your better off using the Blue Beacon accross the street

Today the job was poor, i went back there to wash my truck because the last two times i washed my truck were great.To be honest i dont think i will go back there again.

Paid for a truck and trailer wash Friday night June 18 the whole trailer needs to be washed again so many missed spots and they only got half the trailer tires, the truck had so many missed spots it took me 30 minutes to wipe most of them, gave up on the rest will never use them again, period!!!!!

A great wash well worth the money. I had to update my review from 2018. I’m seeing some reviews that are not so good and I must say I can’t believe it. Been coming here since 2018 when ever we’re in town and they have always been spot on with our truck. I’m very picky of who washes it. And these guys take great pride in the work they do and it shows every time I pull out of the wash bay. I wouldn’t let some places wash it if it was free. We polish it every six months and the chemicals and water some us destroy the polishing done. So if you want to get your moneys worth then these are your guys. If you don’t care what your truck looks like then go to the other guys.

They do an amazing job way better than Blue Beacon and cheaper you would be crazy not to come here. The wait isnt nearly as bad but if there is a wait its because they do a superb job Id wait two and a half hours 3 hours just to get my truck clean here
