Chris of Cedar Bluff Plumbing installed my new water heater a few days ago. He did a great job! Professional, knowledgeable, detailed.

They came to install a new garbage disposal for me and the technician said he could hear something in the crawl, well enough as he installed disposal I went into the crawl and right under the kitchen was a copper pipe spraying up at the floor! Thank goodness he heard it before my floors started buckling!!! WILL DEFINITELY BE CALING AGAIN!!!!

Great job! The plumbers and the office staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We called several other places and Cedar Bluff Plumbing was less expensive and they were able to work us into their busy schedule when our water heater quit on us. We would definitely recommend this business.

Cedar Bluff Plumbing did a great job replacing three toilets in our home today. They completed the job in about an hour and charged 1/3 the price quoted by one of their competitors. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and if I need a good plumber in the future, I will do just that! Thank you for a job well done!

Finally an honest and competent plumber! We have had a number of plumbers over the years, feel like we got ripped off by one...Chuck was great! Was responsive, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with the toilets and hot water, and fixed all of them in an hour! Could not be more pleased. Head and shoulders above the rest, highly recommend!

Expensive. I was quoted 125 for the first hour to unclog my pipe to the sewer. After about an hour and change I was presented with a 305 dollar bill. I was expecting a higher charge since Cedar Bluff was already the most expensive that I called but unfortunately they where the only ones with less than a 5 day wait. The service was professional enough and they fixed my problem but with their prices I would recommend calling them last.

Had a variety of plumbing projects from sink and toilet repairs to installing a hot water line to a utility sink in the garage. Dale came out and did a nice job for me. Friendly and knowledgeable and did NOT smell like he smoked a pack of cigarettes on his way over (my pet peeve and all to common amongst tradesmen unfortunately). Quality, affordable service. Prices are very reasonable compared to Pipe Wrench. They installed a brand new toilet for half the cost I was expecting. Would definitely use again.

Repaired outdoor faucet and still leaks because it was not secured properly. I was assured it would be fixed and keep getting different times when they will come to repair it. I didnt appreciate taking an entire day off for them to not show up.

My family has used CBP for years and all we got in return was ripped off. This is not a fair and honest company. We suspected when they fixed our bath faucet last year that they had charged us for unnecessary parts and labor, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They recently came back to fix the sprayer on my kitchen sink. Not only did they LIE and charge us for new parts and used the same old ones (I know bc I never mentioned that it was cracked, and yet somehow it was magically cracked and scuffed in the same exact places), but the same sprayer burst off my sink AGAIN and left me with no water the very next day after they came out and supposedly fixed it. I called and said I had no water to my sink again and needed someone back out ASAP bc I have a 3 month old baby and use that sink all day every day. Not only did they take FIVE DAYS to come back out (by then we bought our own parts), but they charged us full price for another service call to install the new faucet when they never fixed it in the first place!! We will never do business with this dishonest, unprofessional company ever again.

I just had a van from Cedar Bluff Plumbing cut me off in my lane and the driver continue to wave at me sarcastically. Not only is this unprofessional, someone could have really gotten hurt . Driving a commercial vehicle is serious it would be nice if this company took it serious

Still trying to figure out how to remove my earlier CBP review. Whereby, I gave CBP one star, so maybe this post will help balance. Was there an issue regarding my prior post ? Yes. However, CBP did several jobs, before that job, that went well. The last job does not erase all the good work they did in prior years. Further, I would not be surprised if Chuck, the owner, was recognized as the best plumber in East Tennessee. Chuck successfully resolved a case for us, which nobody else could resolve.

Ive been using Cedar Bluff Plumbing for 15 years, and Ive been very happy with the service and the prices. My house is 90 years old, so we run into some unusual problems, but Timmy always has a solution.

Ive used CBP several times and I have found them to be honest and fair. As the owner of a service company its always rough to see a one star rating. But there are always two sides to every story. My recommendation ... Try them for yourself and make your own decision. For our plumbing needs Ill continue to call CBP. Theyve treated me right and Ive been very pleased with my experience.

Im done with this company. They installed a pump for a downstairs half bath. Had to dig up some concrete slab and did a horrible job pouring concrete back in. When I questioned it, I was told that concrete pouring isnt really what they do. Then the pump went out our fault. Someone came out to look at it and did not let me know at all what he was going to do until he had already put in a new pump and charged me an additional $400. If that was what was necessary, I understand that...I just wouldve liked to have been informed beforehand. Now today my appointment was canceled with 45 minutes notice after I had already asked off work because the scheduler didnt allow enough time for my work to be done and they had a lot of emergencies due to the weather. I scheduled the appointment over a week ago. Done!

Ignore the 1 star reviews, theyre from some guy who doesnt like one of their drivers. My experience was excellent; recommendation came from our Facebook neighborhood group. Rodney [the Plumber] arrived on time, clean, neatly dressed, tackled faucet replacement that was hard to get at, nut that was rusted shut. Faucet replaced in under an hour, price very reasonable. Also tightened up shut-off valve that was dripping rather than suggest costly replacement. Totally satisfied, forgot to get a refrigerator magnet to remind me who to call next time.

Horrible company to do business with. Unprofessional management failed to honor warranty theyre installer stated during the repair. Chuck the owner obviously doesnt care about what kind of employee he hires or the reputation his company has in the community. Paid $3200 for a sewerage grinder that was supposed to be new, turned out to be a used one, only to have to pay another $2500 less than a year later for another used one. When I was told the new one had a 2 year warranty. Dont walk away from this company. RUN AWAY

Until recently, I would give Cedar Bluff Plumbing(CBP) four stars.However, the most recent job CBP made a mistake, and I paid for their mistake with ~$1000 and a lot of aggravation.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on this company and even the BBB had to send them a second notice because they would not respond! Totally unprofessional! They have tried to rip me off by charging me over $1000 for work to fix their equipment, not my house. It is currently at a collection agency because I refuse to pay the bill.They are unreliable, and after several attempts to contact the manager, the manager has YET to call back! HOME OWNER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing I will testify to is they have some very unprofessional drivers. If they are that careless on the road I don’t want them in my house.
