We had old granite in the living room and foyer it seemed odd and it was very heavy so we had Christopher and his crew come out and replace it. He did a great job, was on time every day. He also replaced my flooring in the dining room as well. From start to finish it took 2 days to complete. We are very happy with the work him and his crew did for our family.

Luis was outstanding with guiding me on how he would install the deck. His crew was friendly. I would recommend Luis to build any thing. He was very professionals. Keep the grounds clean up. Asked how would you like this or that to look.

They will not pay the people who work for them after they do the work. What a way to make a profit. Do not use these crooks.

My husband did a job for this company and was told that he would not get paid for the job. When explaining this, they became unprofessional to the point of raising their voice and cussing. It was very apparent that the person my husband dealt with had very little to no people skills and had never intended on paying him in the first place. Contractors beware of doing work for this company. Clients need to also beware as the job that my husband did for the lady that hired the company was greatly and grossly overcharged.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable. They did a very good job. Overall I would give them 5 stars. They were very good. They put covers on the floor to keep from tracking dirt in and their cleanup was absolutely perfect!

What an awesome and through job they did! They were both gentleman. We joked and talked and I felt very comfortable with them in the house. They took such care to not damage anything, put the curtains down and back up, and cleaned up everything Thursday night and Friday night. They explained everything. I would recommend them to anybody. In fact the guy next door will be getting his done.

They showed up after rescheduling once already without the tiles. They went to purchase the tiles the morning of the appointment and then told me they couldn’t do the work because someone had bought the tiles. They only care if it is an expensive project. I had them do my bathroom and it turned out fabulous but when I called them to do a smaller job, I was treated as a major inconvenience. It’s all about the money. I will NEVER use this company again!

I was very pressured to sign when he came to give me a quote. Maybe they need to tell their sales guys to not pressure and to quote reasonable prices. RIDICULOUS!

Had to hit one star to post. No stars.I planned to have my shower install earlier in the year (February). Still nothing done.I developed a major illness and called to cancel my plans, as I could no longer afford it with mounting medical costs. Now they tell me I cannot cancel even though they’ve not done any work and I can no longer afford it. What a terrible thing to do- TERRIBLE customer service.

Chris showed up on time every day. He finished 1-day ahead of schedule. He did beautiful work.

Due to covid work was delayed three months. They promised they would take care of all my issue. I live on a hill and needed a new French drain installed. I need new gutters and gutter guards installed. I wanted a new deck put in eventually. The two men sales men promised everything would be done professionals and to my satisfaction. They also said while they were installing the gutters he would have his men fix my flashing around the fire place( didnt even know there was a problem till he pointed it out.)I also said I needed the ground level under the deck so water doesnt run towards the house. He said oh of course they will take care of that.In the end they did the gutters and they look great. Didnt do the flashing however. They installed the deck The ground under my deck is not level. They were unable to do the French drain because they didnt have people to contract it out to.When I asked for a detailed bill they could not supply it to me. Actually refused! When they appraise the job they said it $5000 for the French trains. They only took off $2000 in the end I paid 18000 for gutters and a deck that I some how need to get under and level the ground. Also they ended up damaging the French drain that was working.Do not recommend.

Shane completed the siding with attention to every detail. He went beyond what we expected. Robert was timely and very professional. The windows are incredibly well made and the service was very good. I cant recommend this company enough and appreciate them for their time and the value if the windows and installation.

I gave them a 1 start for several reasons:1. They used contractors, so if the contractor does no longer work with them, you are out of luck because there is no one to talk or to respond to warranty issues.2. It was a super expensive bathtub remodeling and the new piping was not even glued, the water handles come lose and it leaked.3. They made the worse excuse I have ever heard in my life. “ the water return is not supposed to handle the water overflowing. It will leak if you overflow the bathtub”. So if that is the case, why did they add an overflow return?” So finally I called a plumber service and it cost me another 800 to fix all the inequities of the job they did.I would not use this company ever again... they have a great sales force but they did not back up what they preached”...

Have had three contracts so far. Shane did great work on gutters . So good I signed up to get the gables done. This vinyl clad aluminum siding is beautiful.I won’t need to paint again. Robert and his son did an excellent job installing my windows. Are highly recommending them to neighbors and family. My bathroom was completely redone by Steve and Roy with his great crew. Every employee in this company are the most professional, efficient, and friendly. Love talking with Wanda in the office. She kept me well informed.

I had a screened in deck coming off the back side of my house. American Home Improvement came out & replaced the screen with new siding, replaced the storm door & the French Door leading to additional deck, & installed a new window for me. John was also kind enough to install a newly bought doggy door the the pups to utilize coming from the back yard.I’m extremely pleased with the work done! Highly recommend.

Bill was an excellent installer, cleaned up mess very well.

Chris did an excellent job on my shower. His work ethic was great and he took pride in his work. He was very detailed. Chris corrected problems very quickly and efficiently. The cold water and hot water was hooked up backwards after the shower valve was installed. Chris rotated the valve so that the water was correct by undoing a lot of his previous work he did. When he had completed this I asked him if he had installed the aspirator 180 degrees from the original position since the valve was rotated. Calling Kohler about the aspirator they said you did not need the aspirator for the application Chris was using it for. Chris undid his work again by taking out the valve and removing the aspirator then reinstalling the valve, which I very much appreciated. I would be very satisfied to have Chris do work for me again.

Chuck and Chris were the installers for my home improvement. They were very professional and had great craftsmanship. I was thrilled with the final result.

Louise and his roofing team were hard working and very professional. Work was done on time and cleanup was complete.Correy and Tina installed all of the doors and windows. They look great. Donny and his siding crew got the siding done in less than a week. We were very impressed with the work. Brent and his helper had the gutters find in under three hours. Even redirecting the down spouts away from the foundation.

Shane with American Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our siding and overhang! He was professional and the work is impeccable. Weve gotten many compliments. We also had a deck built, and Judd did a wonderful on it; he was also very professional and the work is awesome - we look forward to continuing to working with this company for future projects!

Donnie and Donnie installed siding on my building. They were very professional. You know how we think of construction workers wasting time, being slow, taking long lunch breaks, coming late and leaving early. They were the total opposite. They worked from the time they got here until the end of the day. They were very considerate of my business.. I have a daycare and they worked around my nap time and did not interfere with parent drop off and pick up. I would easily recommend them to anyone who needed work done in their home. or business.

Installers were great. I have 28 windows in my house and had them installed over 3 years. The installers were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. I can only say good things about them. We also dealt with two different salesmen. They were also very knowledgeable about their products. The office personnel have always been great. I have talked with them several times and they are also great. I really cannot say enough nice things about this company.

The products are well made. Ive had 9 windows and a door put in by American Home Improvements. The workmanship is good, and they are careful with not intruding during that time. I consider myself a loyal customer.

I had two bathrooms done at the same time. Steve Welch and Josh Harris did a wonderful job on both of them. They were on time everyday very pleasant and knowledgeable of the questions I ask. There work was 4 months late getting started but, when they did they got it done and I love it.

This is a very difficult call to make. The work performed was absolutely amazing. My bathroom is actually perfect. My primary issue was follow up and customer service. We waited months to have anyone call back after our agreement or come to perform the work. My husband had to outreach multiple times to establish contact and have them get back with the family. The person who actually performed the job was fantastic, Jimmy, he always requested input, helped endlessly, went above and beyond for us, was tireless in getting things right, and as we wanted... The work is just stellar and I would recommend the work to anyone, but contact needs to be much, much better.

American Home Improvements replaced all of our old, single paned doors and windows with energy efficient ones (we got a $500 energy rebate, too). They built a deck, transformed a large, screened-in room into an elegant living space with windows on three sides, added self-cleaning rain gutters, and more. Especially wonderful are the garden and bay windows. We are extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to upgrade a home while keeping it beautiful.

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. After appointment being set up we were notified 5 minutes before appointment that they would be late an hour and half. We agreed and waited however, no one showed up at our house. If nothing else we expected courtesy call about cancellation.Can’t imagine what time would take to complete our renovation. First step to keep costumers satisfied is punctuality and professionalism. Not sure about their values and mission statement.My recommendation stay away from them.

I have never had a major project done that I feel as positive about. The work done by James was excellent, he went above and beyond doing it correctly. It was a bathroom project and it is beautiful, solid and I love it. If you have work done ask for James.

We had a sunroom at a cost over $25,000 started job May 30,2019 wasnt completed until Aug. and we still had a leak in the roof. They finally got it stopped. Now June,30,2020 its leaking again. I have called several times all I get is excuses. No one has come to do anything. My opinion is if you want something done right get a different company
