Bath Fitter did an excellent job with replacement of our bathtub. The installer, Brock Sloan, arrived on time, and completely removed the old bathtub and surrounding wall and fixtures, and installed a new unit, wall, fixtures and shower curtain rod in less than 6 hours. After the job, he explained how to operate and appropriately clean it. I would highly recommend them for any future work. They were professional, clean, efficient, and thoroughly conducted the work.

Our installer was Mr. Jeremy. He arrived at the set time and was most friendly even to our big ole dog, Roman! He explained who he was why he was there then showed us what he was going to do. He was careful in bringing in and taking out tools and equipment and laid down adequate padding to protect our floors while working. He explained to us the need to briefly have our water turned off but then shortly after had it turned back on. He did an excellent job and then showed us the completed work. He went over again all he had done and shared samples of cleaning chemicals for us to use in keeping our new installed shower, glass doors and fixtures clean. He asked if we had any questions and was thorough in answering all our questions and concerns. He was very kind and pleasant to have in our home. Tim B. showed up on time and was a consummate professional. I dont think Ive ever seen anyone work that hard and fast. He was friendly, neat, and installed everything perfectly. It looks absolutely beautiful. There were none of the issues, problems, excuses, delays, and hidden fees you usually get from regular contractors. Everything was exactly as promised. You might be able to find a cheaper price, but youll get what you pay for. So happy we went with Bath Fitter for our shower installation.

Jeremy replaced an old 80’s-era tan tub/shower combo in one of our rental properties with a white acrylic walk-in shower with tempered glass doors. He was professional, on time, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up all within one day. He put down protective covering over the floors too. The Bath Fitter estimate was less than half of a competitor’s estimate, and the competitor planned to send a team of two workers and estimated the job would take two days. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter Knoxville and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and perfection of the work performed by Jeremy. The warranty is great too.

Bath Fitter installers, Tim and Austin, took out a jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a beautiful large shower. Their work was great, they were very accommodating and answered any questions that I had. They even allowed me, as Im very curious, to see how the bend the material. They explained everything to me, cleaned up when they were done. My shower is beautiful, is exactly what I wanted and it took 6 hours to install, even with removing the tub.They get 5 stars from me.
