I had an AWESOME experience at this place! Kim is my hairstylist and she does an EXCELLENT job! I have several cowlicks and Kim knows how to cut my hair to get those cowlicks under control! I will definitely go back and recommend her to everyone!

Got us in 30 minutes before closing with both our boys so that was nice. Both boys hair looked good initially but when we walked out in the sun I noticed the neckline on my oldest son was messed up. Because they were closed and they worked quickly and were nice we didnt bother to go back. It is something I can correct at home but I would watch for again in the future we come back.

The Turkey Creek location was an awesome experience. I took advantage of the Veterans Day offer. First of all supporting Veterans is something that is near and dear to my heart. I was skeptical because I am an African American. Kim gave me a cut equal to or better than the barbers that specialize in my hair. I will definitely make her my new barber. If she can take care of me I can’t imagine how good she is with all her clients. Again the service was above and beyond what I expected.

If youre looking for a traditional cut, this is probably a decent place to go. If youre looking for something more stylish, this is probably not the place for you. I was in a pinch and needed my teens hair cut on a Sunday. He told her he wanted the back faded- a skin fade. It looks like they took a straight razor to his scalp. Nothing faded about it. Ironically, I asked for the stylist who had the best reviews.

Been going here for a couple of years. They follow COVID-19 protocols and always feel safe getting a haircut here. Their app is the best; you dont have to worry about waiting in line. Just check in before you drive over.

You can always pick who you want to cut ur hair. And they have a mvp that is really awesome you get ur haircut washed and shampoo and conditioner and a warm towel wrapped around your face and a massage its really awesome and relaxing...

Love the customer service didnt have to wait very long and I wasnt in there terribly long either period and the prices are outrageously inexpensive get your haircut shampooed and a little bit of a scalp massage

You can pay $10 less and get the same poor quality haircut at Great Clips. It doesnt make sense to pay that much for just a haircut and not a wash or even rinse out the loose hairs.

I went in today for a trim, I don’t want to come on here to ruin anyone’s career.. that is if the manager looks or cares about these.. anyway, I logged in and I got Kim, don’t get me wrong she was nice, but I came in at 4:46 and the place closed at 5. She took me to a chair and asked what I wanted, I said could you take off a little less than an inch, then I showed her the length with my fingers. The first thing I noticed was that she was very rushed, and she didn’t seem to be paying a lot of attention because she was having a full conversation with the girl beside her, not paying too much attention to my hair, and while she was talking she started cutting 2-3 inches off of my hair. But to be fair part of it is my fault, I should’ve said something like, “hey that’s a little too short.” But I didn’t, and she kept cutting.. and cutting.. and now my hair looks very.. bad. From my experience with the hairdressers.. Mandi and a few select others are the BEST hairdressers at that place. I would recommend waiting on Mandi. I just hope the workers read this and realize that they should pay more attention.. when I got home I cried because my hair isn’t at all what I wanted it to be:/ but it’ll grow back🤷‍♀️ Eventually. Have a blessed day everyone! And I will still be going to sports clips, this is the first issue I’ve had going there, and I’ve gone there quite a few times, it’s still a good place to get your hair cut, just hope the workers aren’t in a rush.

This Sports Clips has a professional fun loving environment, and since Mandy has become the Manager, this has become the culture.Mandy went on vacation a few weeks ago, and recommended Courtney to be my stylist. Courtney did an excellent job. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding which confirms my previous statement. I definitely give the Sports Clips at Turkey Creek a 5 star rating.

I didn’t have time to get a haircut before leaving for vacation. Fortunately, my hotel was close to this location. I checked in online and arrived to find my stylist ready to take me back. My son and I went to get a haircut today and Kim, my regular stylist, was out and Kari gave us both a haircut today. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a haircut. Always an enjoyable experience getting my hair cut here and its the one thing I do to pamper myself. Cant go wrong with Kari or Kim.

Here at 5, for a walk in..its 6:45 and theres still one person working..she didnt say I have online appointments and you would be wasting your time sitting and waiting for NOTHING!!!HOUR

This is my go-to haircut location, I usually end up going every 3-4 weeks (should go sooner probably). The ladies here are all very good at what they do, the cut is rarely bad and the wash and hot towel is the highlight of my weekend. I recommend the season ticket (pay for 5 get 6), I am going to pay for the cuts anyways, why not get the 6th for free.

My 13yo son asked for a fade and a trim off the top. He never got the fade he asked for and she hacked the top. Also, she never said a word to him once he was in the chair. He stormed out the door, and she never questioned if he liked his hair or even, thank you. Horrible service!! Beth was unprofessional and frankly terrible!!

Kari is awesome, I am happy to wait 35 minutes to see her specifically. Shes dedicated, loves her job, and it shows with every hair cut I walk out of there with. See Kari for your hair cut and you will not regret it!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now....and am very particular about how I get my hair cut. I primarily use Courtney, but also gladly use Marti when I need a cut and C isn’t in. Always do a great job!!

Blonde hair stylist in the first station closest to the register did a good job cutting hair, BUT was EXTREMELY inappropriate, while his wife is waiting and watching she constantly leaned over into his face whispering into his ear ALOT...throughout the entire cut, It took twice as long because she was so involved and stopped cutting each time she leaned around to whisper, inappropriately rubbing his head in an abnormal manner and played with his hair after the cut was completed for several minutes, then when in the back(which took longer than the cut) to wash and dry the hair she then continued with her whispering and touchy feely well beyond reason for a hair cut/wash/dry. Wow what a way to give the shop a bad name. I guess it gets her tips. It sure made a simple cut take much longer and cause an uncomfortable situation!

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Asked for a little trim and she pretty much gave me a buzz cut. I go to the I one on Papermill all the time and they are awesome but the crew here just wants to get you in and out with no care of quality. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK! Save your money. Oh it makes me give one star to give a review but its really a -5

Not a happy camper. Long hairs multiple places and she shaved the whole side down when I just wanted a part separating the top and side.

First time coming here. And its the last time Im coming here. Minute I walked in I was rudely greeted. Whatever. No biggie. Contiuned to check in and get seated. Asked to get a mow hawk and all I got were smirks and laughs. Then was told that they needed someone with more confidence to cut my hair….The fact that the person who was going to cut my hair couldnt even do that makes me not want to come back here again. Worst service ever. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

Mediocre service, at best. This wasnt the worst haircutting experience Ive had in C Knoxville area, but its pretty close. It took three people to bring some form of symmetry to my beard, and no lineup was done after the haircut. I would not go back.

Have been going for years and really enjoy conversations with several of the long time stylists.

DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE! ZERO STARS!. I have never in my life been to a place with such rude, inconsiderate, uncaring, mean spirited employees. This includes the assistant manager. We took our 4 year old nephew in for a haircut and it was the worst experience we have ever had! This child had never cried during a haircut in the past. By the time they got done with him, he was traumatized and screaming. The hairdresser startled the child with the clippers and never paused or said a word to try to ease his fears, but instead continued to use the clippers in a rough manner leaving a red line all the way across the back of his neck. With a look of disgust, she had the assistant manager take over. She was as uncaring as the first one saying our nephews fear and screaming wasnt bothering her a bit. We had to tell her several times that he was DONE before we could get her to turn the clippers off. After this, I am sure he will have a difficult time with future haircuts. I am still upset, as are his mother and uncle. I will never visit another Sports Clips. Please--NEVER TAKE A CHILD TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT and be especially leary of the middle aged witch with the dark tan.

Online Checkin is useless, if you get there and Kim has her real estate agent there (not as a customer) then you might get to sit on your hands for a while, so she can take care of her personal business. Your time is least important

Took my son for a haircut and the woman that normally cut his hair didnt work there anymore I should have left at that point but my son really needed a haircut and this place was the only one open. The woman that gave him his haircut even said before we left if you want to bring him back tomorrow and i can cut it again you can. Lets just say we are going to find somewhere else.

Horrible experience!!! I took my 10 year old son to get his hair cut and the woman had an attitude to begin with. Then she starts buzzing his hair and my child is in tears because shes pushing his head and hurting him with the buzzers. I will never go back!!!
