My partner and I loved our visit. We have been to the salon in WalMart and Ross the Boss by target and they are great and all but we really enjoyed it here. Great vibes and the stylists arent superficial or judgmental. They are socialable if you want to be, or if you would rather enjoy some peace and quiet while they work your hair they are also fine with that! They never make it awkward! We will come here from now on.Very LGBT, and ect friendly.

Kinda pricey for a mens haircut but you do get a nice, steamed towel to the face. Id recommend to go every 3-4 weeks.

Checked in . Sat for 15 minutes. Someone else walks in snd is helped before me. . Two stylists were done - other one disappeared . And to the person replying to all these comments. You cut and paste all your replies. Save yourself the time of giving me a cut and pasted reply. Reach out to people personally and don’t force them to complain to you twice - once on here and again by email. Common - really?

Josie is awesome! I support an individual with special needs and she was so patient and understanding the entire time. Even though the individual I support is mostly non verbal she still talked to him and included him in the process as much as possible. Im sure it was no easy task but she made it look effortless! The haircut was exactly how he wanted it! Shes amazing!

I got my haircut for the first time at Sports Clips on Clinton Highway. Will definitely be my last. All i asked for was a trim and to clean around the ears. She started using thinning clippers on my hair. She kept on insisting how good my haircut was, kinda like she was trying to reassure herself the cut was sufficient . Will not be coming back.

I took my nephew and my friends son to get there hair cut. My friend got DD which did a wonderful job on Liam’s hair! Usually get really great fast service due to the women being understanding and the measurements being in the system. The lady I got second guessed everything including herself apparently, and trimmed the top where it clearly said it was a 2 in, and left hair dropping over the sides where it clearly said a 1”. His hair was not styled and no product was put in it! Will definitely recommend, but would not recommend this young girl who needs a confidence boost.

Trish was amazing! It was my first time at a Sports Clips and she put my at ease by listening to me and providing me with the best hair styling/cut Ive had in years.

Just sat “on deck” for 25 minutes. There were two available stylists when I walked in. Both proceeded to head out back for an extended smoke break leaving me to sit up front. Not to mention I use the app to avoid this problem. So I checked in ahead of time. To arrive and sit on deck with no one in the lobby for 25 minutes!!!!UNBELIEVABLE what I just saw. No care for the customer what so ever. I just walked out and left because I still hadn’t seen them come back in after 25 minutes.

Cristel is our fav. She is extremely sweet and my son loves getting his hair cut with her. And that is a good thing. Because he used to hate it when you mentioned getting his hair cut.

We had a great coupon from the school coupon book for a free haircut for my fiance! He love the experience for the most part although they did cut his hair much too short...I should have gone in like I usually do to make sure they cut it how I like it thats my bad. Overall he really enjoyed it!

The woman who cut my sons hair was very nice. But oh my goodness the cut is awful. Way too high in the back, uneven sides, random patchy spots. Well be getting it fixed somewhere else tomorrow.

Terrible experience. Checked in online. Was told to go back to my car and that they would text. After 15 min without a text I went in and my name had been removed, and was told it would be an hour wait without an apology.

Stay away from Maria. I am going there for more than 5 years, and I never had such a terrible haircut before. She almost shaved my head where I told her to trim only. I can see my scalp! She is not even sorry for that. Never going back just because of her, and no one should ever take her.

I got a haircut the other day. I felt a pain whil Kim was cutting my hair in the back of my hair. I thought it was the machine that’s not sharp and pulling my hair. Next day that pain is getting worse. I tool a picture and saw it was cut my skin several places and she never told me to disinfect it. I called the store and talked to the manager. She ignored me and never got back to me. I have pictures. I can’t post here but I will try to post them somewhere else.

This place gives a great haircut and if you go at the right time you rarely have to wait.Highly suggest not going around lunch or dinner as there are two restaurants nearby and their customers fill the complex parking lot where sport lips is located.

Took my son here. Normally we go to a different location, but due to timing I stopped here. Mistake. He was called back quickly which is the only good thing I have to say. The girl was pissed that she had a kid to cut. She barely spoke. And when I told her how it needed to be cut, she was frustrated. I could tell my child was nervous with her, because of they way she kept talking down to him. As we were leaVing I realized she cut his ear and didnt bother to tell me. If you have kids, stay away from this location.

Maria did a great job on my kids hair. He has a massive cow lick and it looks great. She also treated him to some play dough. So now hell always want to go see her lol.

Well it took a while. Only about 41 minutes or so, just to get a seat! I felt bad for the guy who was last his was going on about 55 minutes! But can’t complain, my hair got cut, not to bad. They just always cut it short.

Awful experience. Checked in online for a 10 minute wait. Was bumped to the back of the line when our requested stylist left. Ended up waiting over an hour without an explanation or apology (or glance) from anyone who worked there. Finally got fed up and left when stylists left for a smoke break rather than helping us. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible. After I had waited twice the time they said, 45 minutes, all the people working there just quit working and went into the back. Complete disregard for other peoples time.

I used to love this place. Christi was my favorite. Ive been coming here for almost 3 years. Today I go in, sign in, and asked a girl up front if she smoked because I didnt have my lighter and there were a ton of people in there. After looking at me in disgust, she asked the girl behind her. To which she replied ask next door. And I just carrying on convo, I said I dont know. Im not their baby sitter. What an asshat... anyway. Blonde chick. First chair on the right.

Karen was not nice and barely said a word to my child or I. She had asked us several times Are you sure? When my child was dead set on getting her hair cut a certain way. With it being her first hair cut and making her and myself feel so uncomfortable, 1⭐!

I do not recommend this place if you have kids. My 3 year old has never acted poorly for a hair cut and I could tell he was nervous. He did act very poorly and cried. Instead of making him feel better and talking calmly and sweet, the girl made it worse by agging it on. She then jokingly called him devil child and whispered to my dad what a little sh** and laughed. Even if my child made it hard on her she should have at least tried to make him more at ease and not made me feel terrible as a mother. And this woman waz the store manager to make it even better. Please dknt go if you have kids!

The worst hair cut Ive ever had, would not ever go back. Ashley the hair stylist who cut my hair must have forgot her hearing aids that morning. I said repeatedly to keep the length, I understand that they have to cut off a little. But this is ridicules, I think she should be tested to see if shes legally blind. Please and thank you.

I am sorry to say this was one of the worst haircuts I have gotten in years. It has been over 2 months and my hair will not lay down. I have cow licks where I never had them before. Sorry will never go back. I told the young lady not to cut it too short.

Not as good as the Bearden location. Theyre friendly, but my cut was better in Bearden. Plus, free MVP for students of UT in Bearden
