I actually found this wonderful agency after searching for a preferred provider through Dave Ramsey’s referral service. I literally had an email and text within minutes of submitting my online request from one of their insurance advisors, Maddy Davis, introducing herself. She requested a few details about my current coverage and within 24 hrs I had 2 quotes and a video message talking me through each and explaining it all in detail (I live out of state). I ended up with 10 times the coverage for less than I was paying annually in premiums for my prior auto insurance. What a blessing!

I contacted Sparks to transfer my auto policy from Washington State to Tennessee. I spoke with Sheila Radford who was very personable and gave me a very good quote from Progressive, the company who I currently was a policy holder. I called her back and we were able to quickly take care of the policy details and she assured me she would cancel the previous Progressive policy. A week passed and I went onto the Progressive website and discovered that my old policy was still active and my account did not show the new policy so that I could print out proof of insurance cards. After several calls to Progressive I was able to cancel the old policy but I was forced to create a new Progressive identity with the new policy number listed. I had to also fill out all the pertinent data again including security words. My rating is very simple. If you say you are going to do something, do it.

I needed a better quote for car and home insurance. I heard about Sparks Insurance because they were an endorsed local provider that Dave Ramsey promotes. The best part of my experience was that my agent, Hayley Alnutt, was very clear about the entire process for getting home and auto insurance. After I contacted her via e-mail, she made it clear what information she needed. Once I provided the information, she got me the best possible quote she could get for me and then supplied a detailed video about both the car insurance quote and the home insurance quote. The video preemptively detailed and explained all the major questions I would have had. I followed up by asking a few smaller questions via email. When it was all said and done, I had car insurance that was about $75 cheaper a month and I doubled the amount of home insurance coverage I previously had for only about $40 a month more. After I told Hayley that I wanted to make the switch, she even helped me cancel my previous insurance with the other company. Could not recommend her and Sparks Insurance enough.Additionally, and this is very important to me, SHE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ON ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT WANT. I told her the coverage that I needed and she got me the best offer I could get with that coverage. Tremendous experience.

For over 20 years I have been dealing directly with the big players insurance companies (Geico, Allstate, Esurance). This year I decided to review my coverage and policies and gave Sparks Insurance a call. I wasnt sure if it was going to work out as I am in Florida and I was used to the 24/7 support from the big players in the auto insurance world.Within 24 hrs I was contacted by Maddy. She took the time to educate me about my policy and explain the risk/concerns about my policy at the time.
