I have been waiting for 6 days now to get a final number on an accident where another Farm Bureau member T-boned my car. I feel like the 37 years I have been a member is not helping me at all.

Kethan has assisted with me with two home policies and an auto policy. He is always quick to respond and willing to explain any questions I have. Farm Bureau has great rates as-is, but having a good agent makes the experience even better! Highly recommend.

I only departed ways from Farm Bureau because I got married, moved, and decided to be put on my husband insurance. I can not say enough great things about Tim! He was always professional, personable, and incredibly helpful! He responded in a timely manor. He made sure I had the coverage I needed and explained everything.

Farm Bureau is who you want on your side when you have a loss. When I lost everything but the clothes on my back in an apartment fire a Farm Bureau agent handed me $500 cash in the parking lot and told me to get what I needed. When my car was hit by a driver with high risk car insurance Farm Bureau handled the claim and got them to reimburse me for genuine parts, my premium rental car and my deductible. When my car was damaged in a hail storm Farm Bureau listened to the dealer who said the water damage could never be fixed and totalled it even though the initial estimate said otherwise. Ill always feel better knowing I have Farm Bureau on my side.

Luke has always answered any question Ive had and I have used them for over 10 years. Different homes, cars, life insurance, claims; all have been a smoothe process.

Great rates, you’re able to talk to a human when you call. The only reason to go anywhere else would be if you can’t get insurance through a reputable place.

I do not have farm bureau but I may consider switching. I had to deal with them bc the guy who totalled my car had them for insurance. I had Shane Roberts (hope I spelled his name right) he was the insurance adjuster. He was easy to deal with once you had him on the phone. Hey was very helpful and explained things pretty good. Once the claim started, he finished it pretty quick and the settlement check was mailed and received by me pretty fast. Thank you Farm Bureau and Shane.

I was shopping around for more competitive rates when I first spoke with Michael. I gave him my basic information and he was able to give me a quote in a very timely manner. I decided to go with Farm Bureau because they had the best rates for the coverage I needed. I arranged to meet Michael the next week to finalize my insurance. On the way to the office I got stuck in traffic. He was so understanding and patient. Most people would have made me reschedule but he waited for me and was very pleasant when I finally arrived. It is refreshing to see that true customer service is still valued in this company!

Luke was excellent to work with! He was very kind and professional, never tried to make me pay for something I didn’t need. I ended up doing even more with FBITN than I expected because of the cheap car insurance and other affordable options. I cannot recommend them enough, my experience was great. I never felt like I was in the room with a “salesman” more so just someone truly trying to help me out. 10/10

After 25 years of being a customer with Farmers Insurance, decided to shop around for better rates. Farm Bureau came in cheapest so I decided to make the switch. So far, there is a huge difference in attitude. Much friendlier people in this office, very willing to help with questions, not to mention cheaper rates. Im really excited about making this change and looking forward to building a relationship with these folks. Definately would recommend giving Michael a call.

Easy to work with insurance company. Not had any issues. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because you have to pay insurance membership fees that run about 25.00. No real perks for the fee imo, and just unnecessary.

Farm Bureau responded to our claim immediately. We received a check in the mail before our repairs were completed. We have been Farm Bureau members for many years. They are always attentive to our needs. We couldn’t be happier with their commitment to their clients.

I dont have insurance with them, but just from the call for a quote, I never will. The receptionist transferred me multiple times (4 times back to back!) in the middle of me explaining what I needed. Janet doesnt even know the details of the insurance plans they offer and doesnt seem to thinks she needs to.Id honestly be worried putting my lively hood in their hands.

Took 3 days after a Farm bureau insure rear ended me to get a car to drive. Terrible on follow up phone calls. Gave me $2000. under book value on my car. Would never use

Great company until you get hit by someone with no insurance and they are at fault for the accident. Seems like they dont ever want to help you out when you need it the most. We dont pay for insurance for nothing. Typical of an insurance company though..not surprised. Will let your medical bills go to collections before they will help pay them, even though you pay for medical coverage in these situations for a reason. If it wasnt for the good rates, we would probably find another company. I give them 3 stars because of their rates and affordability.

We have been with this company for years for all our insurance...autos, boat, motorcycle, home owners and supplemental health ins. we have had a few claims over the years and they were always quick and more than fair. I would not have ins. with any other company..hard to believe the negative reviews..think were not hearing the whole story.

Best insurance available. As an attorney who deals with claims, I have dealt with every company out there. Farm Bureau is the only company that will treat claimants fairly and courteously. After seeing how certain big name companies treat claimants, I changed all of my coverage to FB.

As attorneys, we handle a lot of estate and probates for Farm Bureau clients. Gene Chuns staff at Farm Bureau is always polite and first-rate with us and with our clients. We have found them to be responsive and courteous each time we deal with them.

I have been a customer for 15 plus year did not receive a call nor email of cancellation. The day of social media and receive nothing. I am out of the grace period by 4 day and 15 plus years means nothing

Low rates, but terrible customer service, Im in the military and my checks come in on different days, so they would charge me $20 dollars extra for NSF? Thats Retarded ! If you dont have the money when they want it they charge you more making your financial situation worse. After 18yrs of being a customer they would not work with me in anyway. So, I figure they were willing to lose revenue and my business over $20 dollars, and Im willing to switch. Welcome to America!
