Wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. Ive had tires replaced, oil changes and brakes done here, as well as mechanical work. Theyve even told me they cant find anything wrong once when I thought I needed work! How often do you hear that when you take a car into a mechanic? Highly recommend these guys. Also very pleasant and courteous to deal with.

Great service! I came here for the first time after just moving to the area. I had a tire that was leaking air and was convinced I needed a new one (so two) and instead of just selling me them which they easily could have, they sealed it for me and I was good to go. I have been a customer ever since, and now in the rare occasion they do recommend something else being done to my vehicle I know I can trust them. Prices are fair, people are great, highly recommend.

Super fast, courteous and clean. I pulled into the quick oil change and a technician met me with a mask and gloves on immediately and took care of my car. The waiting room was clean and air conditioned and it took less than 20 minutes.

My wife called the location on Broadway to get a quote. She ended up taking her vehicle to the Kingston Pike location. That location gave her a different, higher quote; she asked if they would honor the Broadway location since its the same company. As she was trying to explain this to the manager he interrupted her and was demeaning towards her. He raised his voice and told her if she didnt like his price she can leave. English is not her first language so it took her time to explain the situation to him. He would not listen to her. My wife left in tears.Ive done business with this company for over a decade. No more. Too many other competitors out there.

I had new wheels and tires mounted. I booked the appointment over the phone a week in advance with no issues. The staff was very friendly and professional, called me as soon as the work was finished, and made the whole process as painless as possible. Had tires put on our car yesterday and had a great, quick, friendly experience. Went back today to get an oil change (realized we needed one after the fact) and had the opposite experience. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes as the guy at the register ignored me and continued talking to his coworker directly in front of me. When I asked if I could get my oil changed, he acted like I had inconvenienced him and told me they were booked up. Still I continued since I had had a good experience the previous day and asked if I could come back later. He seemed further frustrated and told me to try back in 2 days. I understand that they could actually be very busy, but the attitude was totally uncalled for. I like to support local business but this experience does not make me want to patronize Fisher tire again.

Stopped here on a On my way from SC to CO. My car broke down in Knoxville, it kept cutting off every time I stopped. Almost no one in the area could do it bc of short staffing/ short notice but they let me come in. I had to stay over night but they were very kind and got me safely to my hotel!! I had my pup with me who they were also very loving to. I picked it up the next morning with no trouble And I made it all the way to CO, safely! I am sooo so grateful for these folks. I would highly recommend going to them :)

Honest mechanics that do a great job. They won’t try to up sell you or fast talk you into paying for something you don’t need, which is rare to find. Not the fastest for having an appointment on a Saturday, but did apologize about the wait. 5 stars

Ive been going here for about four years, and honestly until today everything has been great.I dropped off my truck with an old estimate and explained that I wanted to get as much done on it as I could, but I would like to not pay for the most expensive shocks because my truck is 20 years old, who am I trying to kid? I asked them to call me when they knew how much it would cost.I waited all day to get a call, and at 2 pm I called them to find out. The man on the phone was nice and said they were *finishing* the work, but still could not tell me how much it would cost.I went to pick up the truck and the bill was nearly 800 dollars. *Naturally*, I was a little stunned by the price. That is a lot of money for me. I expressed surprise and the man behind the counter immediately took offense. I told him it was fine, I just wanted to pay and leave, but that wasnt enough for him. Not only did he fail to call and tell me what they were going to do with my truck, but when I had the *audacity* to be surprised at the cost, he blamed me for not communicating well enough. I literally had to walk out of the place with the guy still yelling at me.TL;DR: Please dont charge me 800 dollars after not telling me it would be 800 dollars, blame me for not knowing how much it would be and then shout me out of your shop. Thanks.

Ive taken our cars here for several years and always had great service. Theyve been able to take care of a variety of different issues, from tires to oil changes and brakes. It was nice to get straight answers without all the upselling and run around. Prices have always been fair or even better than I expected. I highly recommend this shop.

Unfortunately we can no longer recommend this place. We took our car in for break service which they did not do correctly and then would not make it right when we brought it back in. If you choose to bring your car here for any reason, get your quote in writing because they will tell you one thing and then charge you another when you try to pick it up. Buyer beware!

My wife’s car was making some noises and after doing some research it was a job bigger than what I could do. Took her car in Christmas Eve and got it back first thing on Dec. 26th. They didn’t sell us something we didnt need and even took care of a faulty tire sensor with no additional cost. Very impressed with their services. Will come back in the future if needed.

After calling around to a bunch of different places to get pricing on tires and an alignment, I chose Fisher because they were by far the friendliest, most helpful, and were the least expensive for the tires I wanted. I made an appointment but was late, and they had me in and out in an hour. Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for tires.

Unfortunately, I had a nail in one tire but all the others were fine. The staff were very friendly yet professional and sold me only what I needed. With a same-day appointment for minor brake work, these guys got me in on time, quick assessment, and fast repair. From the service advisor to the mechanic who showed the issue and explained the work, this was a thorough and unpressured experience. Unlike dealerships 😕 the Fisher people in two visits have not tried to over- or up-sell unnecessary work. Maybe I had low expectations because of other places, but these guys exceeded all. Im going back for tires for my wifes car next month. Highly recommended.

I havent been here before until this Saturday 11-2-19 to get an oil change. They performed the work and towards the end when they were pouring the new oil back into my car they managed to miss the funnel and get oil all over my engine cover and engine. There wasnt any urgency to clean it up fast before I the oil spread elsewhere, it made me angry to see this going on right in front of me. They made a sorry attempt at cleaning it up and told me itll smoke a little then go away. It smoked a lot and went away after awhile. Its been a day later and I can still smell burnt oil after I drive my car. Not cool in my book.

Service is always good and quick. I take company vehicles as well as personal vehicles here for tore and oil changes. Recently, I bought a new vehicle and needed a tire patched but didnt have the keys to the tire locks. They busted off the locks on all the tires for free (if the key is lost, its the only thing you can do, have to buy a new lock set) while they patched the tire.

They are great! My Dad and I have been going here for years for all of our basic automobile needs. The staff is very friendly and honest. Weve never had them take advantage of us. They are reasonably priced as well.

Went in for an alignment and they didnt get it right. The car is still pulling off center. They also got aggressive when they figured that I didnt buy my new tires from them and started arguing with me about my tire choice. Sorry I didnt want your most expensive and marked up tire. There wont be a next time for them.

Talk about customer service!!! I popped my tire at the TVA Credit union on my way to my hair appointment at sola salon. I don’t have AAA, so no towing service. I called Fisher, and they sent Jevin over to take a look. Long story short, he’s taken my tire off and I’m having a new one put on as we speak!! This place was amazing. Id had surgery Friday morning and on the way home that afternoon we had a flat. These guys were amazing! I was exhausted by the time we got there and was just ready to be back home. We were in and out in 20 mins. Service was on point, they even pulled the car up to the front door so I didnt have to walk as far.

Great Service! My daughter needed a flat fixed. I live 500 miles away and couldnt help. AAA put her spare on so that she could get somewhere to get it fixed. Midas in Knoxville was the first place she called and after saying they could get to it they blew her off after she arrived (imagine doing that to a woman holding her 6 month old child). She called me looking for help and via the internet I was able to locate Fisher Tire which was only about 1/2 mile away. Gary was awesome over the phone and said they would help her and he did. Thanks Gary for restoring my faith in East TN hospitality and being there for my daughter.

They are very expensive. Get checks or quotes from multiple places. They generally do a decent job depending on the make and they include oil top offs for oil changes. Overall not where I would recommend for most things.

I got a ton of recommendations from people at work and decided to try it out. Everytime I have been in, I have always felt like the advice and prices were fair.
