Shout out to my boy Justin at Caliber Collision at the Lexington drive location for coordinating getting my car fixed way ahead of schedule. I was prepared to wait a week for repairs but got my car back in 3 days! As you can see in the before and after photos, its as if the dent never existed and the paint match is spot on! Hopefully I will never need another repair again, but if I do, then Caliber Collision is where Im going!

I took my car here to have the bumper repaired after I was rear ended. It took a month to repair the bumper and trunk, which, in all fairness, was partially due to a back order issue with a part. They took all of little things left around the car (kids masks, bottles of water, cleaning supplies from the trunk) and threw it all in the front seat and got torn up paper towels all over the seat. Moreover, they tried to charge us for putting gas in the car to finish repairing it. They were rude about when we question this and provide poor service overall. Do not go here. The collision center right by there had way better customer service, no bs fees, and they got the job done quickly.

Jenna really took care of us. A friend was borrowing my truck and ended up having an accident in TN. Im the owner of the truck, in TX a few thousand miles away. These people are first class! Their professionalism, the way they cared about me and my vehicle, and the speed at which they got the work done is second to none. The staff was great and keep me well-informed of everything going on with my truck. They were able to work around my schedule and got it back to me in a timely manner. They were able to color match the paint and did the blending perfectly. You can tell that they really care about their customers and their work. I drove my vehicle to this place, yet, couldnt drive it out. Not only that, couldnt even get it out of gear! Refused to pay for tow or fix it because when they parked it, it was fine basically saying they didnt break it, we dont have to do anything. Yet again, I DROVE ME VEHICLE THERE WITH ZERO ISSUES! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They are also overpriced. Get your quote from somewhere, anywhere else!

Asked how long it would take to fix car, said they couldnt tell me till they took it apart couldnt even estamate how long. Then they said it didnt matter because my insurance says I have to have repaired at there shop,which wasnt true. So I let them do estimate but not repair. This location has TERRIBLE service. We have had to initiate 80% of the communication to find out why they have not met the date on getting us our car back. We were misinformed about the status of the repair and when we pointed that out the story changed... twice... there seemed to be some cover your butt storytelling going on and they would not admit to blame in at least not being honest with us. Had they told us there was an issue with the parts we could have made other arrangements but now we are going ANOTHER week without our car. To make things worse, when we asked them to offer us a rental or loaner so make things right they refused and offered us the Abra rate (which the lady promptly told me was the same rate wed get anyways so WHATS THE POINT???) and make it seem like we are being unreasonable in expecting them to own up to their mistake, lies and unprofessional attitude. That brings me to the next point. While dealing with Amber the manager, who is supposed to clear this up, we were hung up on after we wouldnt take no for an answer. We were upset and we wanted honesty so we were not pleasant to deal with, but hanging up on us is not the answer.I will NEVER do business with this company again. Once we get our car back we wont be able to pull out of the lot fast enough.

I was in a hydroplaning accident. I took my car to caliber, knowing about some of the work they do via my auto repair shop. Caliber started repairs on May 22nd, saying would be done the 29th. Then, I get notified that the hood for my car is on backorder, so they have to order it out of state, and that is understandable. I get told on the 28th that it’ll be done on the 9th of June. Then on the 8th, I’m notified it’ll be done on the 19th due to the hood order. Hood got in on the 18th, and they said that they haven’t even started repairing the rear of the vehicle, so the date of completion was pushed until the 24th of June. Then, I was informed after taking my vehicle to get aligned, it’ll actually be the 26th, due to a tie rod being bad. Mid day of the 26th, I got a call that on the way back from taking my car to get aligned, a rock flew up and cracked my windshield. This pushed the date back until the 29th, which is today. I called Caliber earlier today and asked when would be done. Informed by 5:15 this evening. They offered to bring me my car at work, and I pay my insurance deductible over the phone. I did so. After an hour and a half, I call caliber, and I text them repeatedly. No answer. The manager (Nate) calls me at about 6:30 and says on the way to bring me my car, the check engine light came on and started over heating. Now, I have to wait until tomorrow morning to see when they can get another part because, apparently, it’s only available in Indiana and Ohio.This is a long list of excuses. As of today, they’ve had my car over 40 days. I have not seen what it looks like. I do not know how well it looks.Update on post: Received my car back 2 days after posting this review, and the “manager” informed me he saw my review. The only thing he made a remark about was when they tried to bring my car to me and the check engine light came on. Previously, I noted that I was informed that the check engine light came on and started over heating, the “manager” there informed me that I am incorrect on what he informed me happened. The check engine came on for a fault in the shutters on the front bumper of the vehicle. When not engaging properly, it can block air flow to engine and cause over heating. “Manager” told me, though, it did not over heat. So, just to let everyone know, I made a note of every incident that happened in a 40 day period, and he had just one remark about the over heating. Moving on to the delivery of car, I checked over vehicle thoroughly. I mean, if they’ve had the car for 40 days, then it has to look perfect. I found scratches and bubbles on 4 different parts of car. Told the person Who brought me the car that I will only sign the paper work if they agree to fix those spots. He informed me it was no problem! That they can have someone come to my work and fix it in parking lot! Called a week later and asked the “manager” when they were going to fix it. His exact words were, “ I don’t know why he told you that. We don’t have a mobile buffer guy.” About two or three days after that conversation, my car was picked up by the “manager” and another female. The “manager” did not speak to me in person. The female, who I now believe is the actual manager, did all the speaking, saying it’s normal for cars to have bubbles. They took the vehicle and brought back to me a couple hours later. I did not have a chance to look at vehicle when they dropped off again. Later, I went out and saw there were even more bubbles! Bubbles right next to the windows, to the door handles, on the fender! Didn’t even bother calling them because obviously it’s just going to keep getting worse. Absolutely pathetic.Side note: the person who responded back to my original review gave me an email to share my experience. The email is invalid. Whenever I try to send an email to the address, my email says it’s an invalid address.

Took them 2+ weeks to replace a failed part under THEIR warranty. And then they ended up ordering the wrong part. Super frustrating. I’m moving, and really don’t have time to do their song and dance again. I thought it was weird considering it took them less than 2 days on a separate (and MUCH more substantial) repair when they were getting paid by my insurance company. I’ll just order the part and do it myself. I now wish I’d done that from the start. The entire experience was a waste of time. We’re moving, and needed it fixed faster than Abra was able or willing to do it. Now we don’t have time for them to make it right.In short: They work fast when they’re getting paid. But don’t hold your breath if they’re held accountable to their warranty.

Absolutely top tier service. My 2017 WRX was hit by a bunch of rocks. They fixed every chip, dent, and ding. And it looks absolutely fantastic. Could not be more happy. They went above and beyond to fix my car in a timely manner while keeping me updated along the way.Leighann was a rock star who made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work done. She totally knew I would be because it was perfect but she cared enough to ask. Big props to her... made my experience with Abra a 10/10.Marsha, the receptionist, was also very kind and knowledgeable about the process and made sure I knew exactly what was being done to my vehicle.Over all, I wasn’t very patient as I’m 23 and wanted my fun car back ASAP but they made it all worth the wait with only a 7 day turn around. Great work on my modified racing vehicle! It sustained major damage to the front wheel, suspension, axle, etc... The car is quite sensitive, from clutch to steering, and it now performs perfectly; feels like new. They also did some extra work at no charge, and sourced rare OEM parts at a lowered rate. Exterior work stretched from bumper to door, welding & painting involved. Everything is perfectly aligned, paint matches under scrutiny, you cant even tell that the car was ever in a wreck. The customer service was great, always very professional and informative with regular status updates and follow-up. They know what theyre doing, and take care where it counts. As a person whose safety & life depends on the accurate performance of a rather unusual car, I highly recommend this shop.

This place is horrible, low down, and honestly doesnt have the slightest idea of the work they even do. I highly suggest AGAINST going here and if you have insurance tell them NO to take it somewhere else! Theyll total your car when its far from it just to purchase it and sell it for parts! Not only that if they take any bumpers off your car dont expect them to put it BACK ON because even the manager said “they dont know how”!!! They need to no longer be a collision service and become a wrecker service since thats what it seems like they know how to do! DONT EVER GO HERE PERIOD!!!

The check in and initial contact was awesome. The oujtcome of the repair seems to be awesome. The issue is I think there are more scratches coming out than going in. I looked at the repair on the passenger side however, once I got home, there are some pretty big scratches and a deep one on the driver side that was not there before. I am the kind of person that parks far away from others, as I am overly OCD about dings, dent and scratches in my vehicle. These scratches were not there before as I know they did not I.D. these prior to going in.

Perfect name for this place because it was by far the most MAGICAL experience I have ever had with an auto body shop! Absolutely unbelievable customer service from beginning to end! Jenna with ABRA and Jason with Geico were so thorough and supportive. They take pride in their job and it shows! I didnt meet the employees that repaired my car but the quality of work was by far the best I have ever seen! I am so thankful I found this place. They took wonderful care of me and my car! TL;DR: they will charge you at least double and lie to your face.I would give 0 stars if I could. They lie about their quotes and wont admit it. Originally estimated repairs on my car to be $500, then charged $1,075. The employee, Jenna, claimed that she walked away when I told her to only fix one part of the vehicle and no other - even though she was the person who suggested I save some money by only repairing a broken window. Claimed to not remember this conversation later on. Shame on them for their unscrupulous practices.

The clear coat on my civic was repaired under warranty while ABRA was still Knoxville Collision Center. Almost 3 years later the clear coat started fading again, but ABRA honored the lifetime warrant on paint and repeated the repair at no cost to me. Overall, I found them to be very professional and I was impressed that I received daily calls with status updates.

They really surprised me! **I am not happy. They get one chance to make things right or I will post my honest review. Just as a note for people dealing with this kind of thing. Take photos. Photos of every single tiny thing.5/31/18 - Took the car back today and they were very understanding of my concerns. I am still unsure of what to make of how these repairs were handled. It seemed as though someone simply didnt care, but I will reserve my judgement.6/4/2018 - My car is now in their possession again along with an itemized list of problems. They covered the additional rental car without any argument. I am staying optimistic about it. The results from the first job were so bad that I find it hard to believe that this will be much better. If this second visit doesnt result in a better outcome, then it will be time to talk to the adjuster again. Maybe they will surprise me.6/11/2018 - While it did take a bit to get everything squared away my vehicle is now in great shape! They completely turned this repair around with no questions asked. All of the things on my list were fixed and they even took the rear glass off of the hatch and cleaned up the adhesive that has squeezed out. Only a single issue remains after repair and that is the Intelligent Access for the rear hatch is not working. From what I was told they did do their due-diligence and tried everything that they could to address the issue. I wont fault them for that. Other than that, the paint looks great and the panel gaps are spot on as well. It may have required a second shot at it, but they impressed me. No questions asked, no attempt to charge me for a single thing, and it genuinely seemed like an error rather than a complete oversight. Thank you!10/10/2018 - Most of the repairs have been satisfactory. I still dont have the intelligent access working for the tailgate of my car. After tons of research regarding this issue, I have come up with nothing. I am going to lower my rating to four stars as well. This is due to the realization that there are some significant (not crazy, but noticeable) runs in the paint and it appears that someone lost their damned mind with the buffer. I had to take out my tailights to clean compound out from behind them. There were some grease stains that were left on the head liner as well. There is a certain lack of attention to detail that I just cant justify. All of this and the fact that I had to return the car to them. At the time I was happy that they addressed my issues, but the problems we VERY significant. These things never should have been overlooked. I may still post the photos and videos to this review, but I dont want to jump the gun at this point. Just understand that it is very likely that you will have take your car back after the initial repair.

ABRA Auto is the hell of LIARS ! The manager Nate McPherson is a big LIAR.They are not repairing, but bringing more and more problems to your car. They hit and scratch customers cars. They even change your signed paperwork. The guy called Brandon changed signed paperwork professionally. SO be careful if you go there. Even if they hit your car, they would not acknowledge. They cover all their mistakes by changing signed paperwork.Dont go there!!!

The people in ABRA are the most dishonest. They can cause further additional damage to your car. They deliberately changed the initial signed inspection form so they can blame the damage to us. Everyone in the shop knows well how they change customers signed forms.

RIPP OFF . cost of a scratch 600,- Charged a full day for removing and take back a front bumper, what is done in 30 minutes .Worst I ever seen
