The ONLY place in Klamath Ill go to get my nails done. They always get me in and out quickly, with exactly what I asked for. My nails NEVER lift or break and ALWAYS look amazing !!

Regal nails is in the Klamath Falls Walmart. While it says walk ins are available, I highly recommend making an appointment. The staff are a friendly crew and it can lead to laughs. My only real complaint is that they dont use liners on the pedicure tubs. They say they clean the tubs after each use.

I called around to get a pedicure for my partner and I. This place was able to make me an appointment and when I showed up there I realized that the address is actually inside of Walmart not in the shopping center. Very chaotic atmosphere. I went to the actual nail salon and it was packed with people with four people in the pedicure area and one technician. A few other people getting nails done and not one of the staff acknowledged us when we came in and there were two other people who were there and one who also had an appointment for a pedicure for the same time as us. They had no intention of honoring our appointment time. But they also started yelling at the lady who was upset for waiting and not even being greeted when she showed up, waited ten minutes in the lobby area and was clearly going to be there a good hour just to wait for her appointment. I have never seen customer service as bad as this. Do not ever go there. Support the local salons and be treated with respect. This place is unreal and I have no idea how they are still in business.

We have been there several times. They have cut my daughters fingers with the dremmel on multiple occasions.The last time we were there my daughter was getting her nails and toes done for a wedding. The nails on her fingers she had done previously were a yellow acrylic. The color she needed for this event was an Aquamarine.They left the yellow on so it was very visible from the bottoms. Not suitable for wedding pictures. I called to complain. We were told to come back in. We were charged a second time. This time her cuticle bed was cut badly. We spent over $100 that day. The nails were not even, not shaped properly, and paint was off. We purchased the paint to fix at home. It was very sad.

Quick service, went for a Pedi and Mani and was out in a little over an hour and pleased. They also have atleast 100 different nail tip colors which I appreciate. Cons were how they talk to their customers in general. Theres a language barrier and I think its more so them trying to play and joke but comes off rude... be prepared.Ill return for sure.

Cash only, staff does what they want to do not what you ask for. Seem to be in a big hurry and not the relaxing nail spa you would expect.

I had an appointment but they still had me sitting and waiting for over 30 min while the pedicurist left and took their smoke/potty etc break. It was very dirty and very unprofessional. I will not go back and do not recommend it.

Ok I normally go here and they are normally good but went yesterday only 2 nail techs working had made appointment for 3 people the guy who did my nails took 25 minutes for a full set which is crazy fast now 1 day later nails are falling off this is the service I received for 102$ for 2 full sets never again will I go here

I went in for a full set of acrylics, ($35). As I walk in, someone immediately bombards me with whether I want regular polish or gel polish? I dont know the difference, so she says regular polish takes awhile to dry, gel dries immediately. (She didnt mention that its a $15.00 difference in price!) This same person proceeded to loudly talk about her relationship issues and what she had posted facebook and her man didnt like. Very unprofessional and unenjoyable!! Not to mention, one day after getting the $15 additional gel polish, its already chipping! Ill never be back!

Terrible service! They told me they were 10 minutes behind but had me stand and wait 30. They were rude when I wanted to leave and cancel my appointment. They told my friend to sit and wait for a pedicure but never filled the tub. They got mad at us for walking out. Sorry but I’m not waiting 30 minutes for rude people.

I have been loyal to this nail shop for three years and because they were short handed today and continued taking in every walk in that came the lady rushed my nails and they came out so horrible that I’m gonna have to pay another thirty to forty dollars getting them fixed somewhere else I’m so mad.

I walked in there to get my nails done. They said it would take too long for what I wanted. So I went to pinterest and chose a super basic nail (just black nails). I showed them and they said it would also take too long. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could I would rate this 0 stars.

The owner lady did an amazing job on my nails considering how busy it was. However within the hour I was sitting in the chair she didn’t conversate with me AT ALL. She was just FaceTiming her Husband the whole time and speaking to her fellow co workers, and of course I didn’t understand what they were talking about, which made it very awkward. They try and trick you into getting the more expensive, with the gel nails however the acrylics with polish looks a lot better than the gels.

I have gone to this salon for almost 5 years and been pretty happy. However, my last manicure was done by the new girl, Catlynn, I got an infection, had to pay for doctor visit and 10 days of antibiotics and NOW I HAVE LOST MY NAIL. I went in and told one of the owners, they had no response. I will not go there again.

Being pushed out of our homes from fire in Redding Ca. We came to klamath falls to find refuge. The 6 of us walked in for pedis and 2 sets of nails. We were treated warmly. They did an amazing job taking care of us. Even offered us lodging . What an amazing treatment.

Just went today as a walk in for a pedicure with my mom. I noticed no liners in the foot baths but continued. Then they filed my nails then passed the file and filed my moms nails, the same with the nail buffer and the WORST part they did the same with the pumice stone! There is a sign readable from the chairs that states Oregon State law requires every client to have their own file and pumice stone or be charged $3.00 .... then they tried charging us each $3.00 even through they took it upon themselves to share our files (puke). Also their tools they use to trim nails were not in sterile packages and you know you have to be concerned when the clips they bring out have a green algae crusted look on the inside. Will never go back. I grew up here and have been there many times over the years, moved away and this place has completely gone down hill. Be warned.

I would give zero stars if I could. The older Vietnamese lady that sits on the back left did a HORRIBLE job. Ive lived all over the country and this gel manicure was the worst. Sloppy paint job all up on the cuticles, very rough and no detailed trimming of cuticles. Nails are filed crooked. Used her own naked fingernail to push back cuticles and didnt remove all of my previous nail gel. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE in every category.

Worst pedicure of my life. Lady pulled out the clippers and was about to chop off my toe nail before I caught her! Usually they ask file or clip but she didnt bother. I dont let just anyone cut my big toe nails because I have gotten too many ingrown from people like her being careless. She pulls out the file goes over each nail twice with no effort and then is about to move on so I said, no I actually want you to really file them. So she pulls out the clippers again and clips my little toes. I didnt say anything because I was so mad! Talk about lazy! They were in a rush for nothing. We were two of four people in there with no one else walking in the whole time we were there. She skipped the scrubber on one of my feet, again being careless, so I had to remind her she only did my right foot. She applied polish in the sloppiest manner and then my friend gets done and they tell her $28. She finished me a few mins later and says $31. Now why the hell is mine $3 more we just received the same (terrible) service. She said your polish more expensive.. Soo why didnt you mention that up front? Bc you knew Id put it back and get a regular one. Theres no damn difference other than its new. Thats something you must tell a client up front. We were supposed to get manicures done, but we had to make an excuse so they didnt ruin our nails and charge us for a service we could have had a better experience doing ourselves at home!!!!

I took my daughter on a mother daughter date to get our nails done and we were repeatedly called Apple Pie in a sarcastic and obviously racist manor. The lady doing my nails was abrupt, and impatient with me and my daughter. It was unbelievable how we were treated. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Thank you so much to the staff of Regal Nail salon inside Walmart in Klamath Falls. We were evacuated from our homes in Redding, Ca and needed mani/pedis for a party of 6 earlier today. They got us in quickly and treated us like family. Excellent customer service and amazing staff!!

What a scam. Sent my wife and daughters there to get their nails done for a girls day. Called twice before I made an appointment and they said $30 for a full set but after they got charged $55 a set. Dont trust and wont go there again.
