Came in for full head of highlights and asked to get my roots done but all this bottom hair is still black.... 150$ was not worth what I got. Came out looking the same as when I went in. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know. Won’t be coming back.

This review was really hard to make because the ladies are sweet but my results were not what I expecting. My bad coloring and cut session last summer and just recently last week was enough for me to not come back for hair services anymore

Great people! Clean and professional. Only thing I can say is they use to take more time, now it feels very rushed. No more washing after hair cut, not sure why? It would be nice if they would include that again for the price. Overall great staff.

Massage with Valerie is amazing! The cost is higher than I am used to but you feel so relaxed. I love the atmosphere of the spa and the products she uses. Overall I’d say worth it!

The setting was lovely. Great massaging chairs. The pedicure was nice, just not the best shaping of the nail. The callus removal process consisted of a foot file, so the majority of the callus and dry hard skin were still there. That was one of the main reasons I went it, so that was disappointing especially for the price.

I received a unique and truly spiritual massage from Valerie. She hit my trouble spots really well and she connected with my body on a level that I havent had anyone else do while giving me a massage. The lady that did my pedicure was precise and thorough as well. I had an amazing experience here.

I believe I received my best massage from a lady by the name of Juniper. I have had no pain in my lower back and hip since seeing her a week ago, Ive been dealing with pain since 2006. Im very happy with the results and I will be going back

I drove by looking for the grocery store, then saw massage on the window. I was stiff from driving over 2000miles to my sisters, and suffering pain from I juries sustained in an MVA. I had to miss my therapy in order to travel. I walked in at nearly 5pm thinking it was not likely to have an opening, but I asked anyway. Their therapist, Valerie was home in the garden, and she came in just for my massage! I had a 90 minute full body massage, and it was the best massage Ive had in my life! While she worked on my legs, my right shoulder started moving on its own, my arm was unwinding, and my pain was much less than it has been since my wreak. Valerie has 20 years experience in massage, and you can tell that she loves what she does! She is amazing!

After trying to book with my old stylist at a different salon, not getting a reply from her, I started looking for a new place to go. Based on all the great reviews here on Google, I decided to take a chance with Avalon. I love that you can book online! My son and I had our hair cut by Shawnee who was sweet, personable and professional. The cuts are great (even on my sons super curly hair); she listened to what we wanted and delivered. Well be back!

Just had my haircut by Tarita and she was AMAZING!!! I was so nervous about cutting my hair off and she did exactly what I wanted. Professional, nice and clean! She was a dream!

I always enjoy coming to Avalon. They have a generous supply of my Aveda products, and I love my hairdressers suggestions for ways to enjoy my curly hair. I can relax when I come here. Just had a massage yesterday and the atmosphere, interactive techniques and vibe were all fabulous!

Ive had great experiences when having my hair cut and pedicures. They have really nice massaging chairs. I do wish the girls did more of a leg massage for the pedicures rather than just lightly rubbing. They also have jets in their foot bathes which feel nice on the feet. The spa portion is a dark relaxing atmosphere. The girls have been nice.

I was gifted an Ultimate Skin Renewal service by a close friend for my birthday... Cecilia did amazing! The whole experience was very comfortable and relaxing and my skin feels absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Avalon for this service. 100% satisfied.

Worst pedicure ever. My polish wouldnt dry and after showing her twice, she asked me if it was messed up enough for me to want her to repaint it. I brought my sons girlfriend whod never had a pedicure and I was embarrassed. I spent almost 100.00 and she didnt even clean our nails. Leg scrub, foot massage and paint, thats it, and Im very disappointed.

Went in for a last - minute hair appointment yesterday and Tarita took care of me! From a relaxing scalp massage to wash, cut/style, and listening/chatting in between, she was the best! The cut is lovely, just what I asked for and then some. I’m fairly new to the area and happy I found such a great salon/style expert. Really warm reception as well - felt welcome and pampered :)

I have been going to Avalon for 2 1/2 years now. Absolutely love Desiree! It is nice to know that my hair is in good hands. It is always hard to find a good hair dresser I am super picky, but I trust Desiree and know that when I say a 1/2 inch, or just to get my hair back to healthy, she wont cut my hair too short. I regularly get massages, pedicures, manicures, waxing and hair done. I would highly recommend!

My husband gets me a massage or spa day at least once or twice a year and Avalon always makes you feel pampered. Love my spa days

I have been seeing Desiree at Avalon for the last two and a half to three years. I go in for a facial and a cut and color every time. She is great!! She does a wonderful job with my hair and my facial, extremely relaxing. She is also very personable and a pleasure to be around while getting pampered. I would highly recommend her and think she is a gem of a stylist in the area.

Ive been here three times, with two different masseuses. The hot stone massages were a much better experience than the regular massage. The regular massage had a hard table. And both times I had the hot stone massage the table was comfortable and felt like it was heated. I had two different masseuses for the hot stone massage, Jessica and Cat, and they were both just fine.

Kelly took her time, explaining everything, with my daughter when she got her brows waxed for the first time today. My daughter had a good experience and is pleased with how they look! Shes also gotten her hair cut by Kelly and has been happy with the cut every time. I get my hair cut here by Desiree and she is also fabulous. She listens to what I want in a haircut and I love her work.

I had a shellac pedicure, and the experience is so awesome it is what always brings be back to Avalon Salon, the ladies are super nice, and are always ready to take care of you. Prices arent so bad either. I wanted to add a new review, but didnt see how to so I will add it to my old one. After going to this Salon for several years, and gone to different people to get my pedicure, I am still very happy with the salon, it has everything you could want and the employees are so very pleasant. I spent two years in Klamath Falls for a project and went to Avalon for a massage and was lucky enough to get Jessica Sussman my first time. Jessica has a wonderful style - flowing and strong without being hurtful. The sessions with her helped reset my body for the week ahead and were a little bit of heaven. If I could give her 6 stars I would!

Got amazing side by side pedicures today. Not only was it the best pedicure in my experience but the staff made it even better. The setting was peaceful, the pedicure was high end and relaxing, and the staff made us feel so valued. Will be returning!

Really not impressed with my manicure. It was literally just shellac polish and a quick lotion massage. No exfoliation or cuticle trim. $35, same as I pay at home near Seattle. The girls were nice though, no complaints on the service.

Ive been going to Avalon Salon & Spa for a couple of years. Ive gotten massages, hair cuts, and in the last year rainbow dye in my hair. What I really like is that the hair dye is not drying up my baby fine hair, and it lasts a long time. I like the friendly greeting as I walk in the door. They remember my name, and know why Im there.

It is a beautiful atmosphere and all the girls were fun and sweet! My mom and I really enjoyed our girls day! Thanks to Avalon!

This place double dips for their waxing procedure. This is DANGEROUS! Double dipping can spread blood borne pathogens like hepatitis C. They claim that their wax is special and contains anti-viral, anti-microbial, and anti-bacterial properties. Which is great but still does not kill hepatitis C. Its horrible to think that women are getting waxes done here without this information. Had to write about it so people are aware

I booked online an appointment with Tarita for a Brazilian wax, underarm wax, and eyebrow wax and tint. This was my first time going to this salon. The booking process online was easy and convenient. I got there early and didnt have to wait long. The lady at the front desk was very polite. Tarita was very helpful and professional. It was my first Brazilian wax and she made it a comfortable experience. I also like how my eyebrow tint looks. I plan on coming back and I would recommend this salon and Tarita.

Liked the atmosphere but did not like the fact that they do not do cuticle removal. Manicure was well done but would have been much better had she removed the cuticles.

TERRIBLE PEDICURE!!! The girls were very sweet and that was the only thing that saved their tip. 2 of us went, and neither of us had the backs of our heels sanded, only the sides, and my toenails are so bad, Im taking off the polish and redoing it myself. My girl somehow got polish all over my toes, but missed the sides of the toenails. Definitely not worth the money spent. Especially since I had to go home and finish the job myself!!!

Juniper offered a fantastic massage, I appreciated her advice on how to stretch after to loosen my hamstrings and ease tension in my shoulders.

My husband and I went in for date night pedicures. We scheduled our appointment 2 weeks in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time. So basically it pushed all of our activities for the evening back 30 minutes and cost us additional money because we had to pay the babysitter for that wait time. It was my second pedicure and my husbands first and the part we were most looking forward to (I even mentioned this to the ladies while we were there) was the calf and foot massage that they advertise on the website as being part of the pedicure, however we did not receive one. We had lotion gently rubbed on our feet and calves, but it most definitely was not a massage! We were so disappointed! The ladies we very kind, but the service was not at all worth the cost.

Absolutely the worst hair experience of my LIFE. Tarita Delgado butchered my hair, I legit would not recommend her to even my worst enemy. I am thankful to the girl who attempted to fix the mess she made but I left the salon balling my eyes out. Avalon is ok for facials or massage but other things no. So so disappointed. Worst experience ever

I recently moved to Klamath Falls and was in great need of some self-care. I am a ginger with super sensitive skin. I booked a mani/pedi at Avalon, because my skin doesnt react to Aveda products. I expected friendly service and was not ddisappointed. I will be going back as often as possible. My thanks to the staff for providing an excellent experience.
