I was referred to them in 2018 when I moved and needed my system set up. About a year ago I noticed that my laptop appeared to be overheating so I took it to them to fix. It was a simple solution as the fan had gotten full of dust. They cleaned it up and checked some things just to make sure everything was OK. I recently had to replace my Epson printer which proved to be a nightmare. Long story short, I received 2 printers, both of which were defective, and had to be returned. Printer number 3 arrived and I was unable to set it up myself so I contacted them again, working again with Michael. I tried to do it myself by having him take remote control but it was too hard for me as I have major health problems. He was very kind and patient which I greatly appreciated. I asked him to come to me and he arrived an hour later. It took him about 20 minutes and I was good to go. If you need IT help, please dont go anywhere else.

The staff was incredibly professional and kind! They got my computer back up and running within just a couple of days and it was super cheap!! Im so grateful and I highly recommend this company!

I upgraded to Windows 10 on a new HP computer from Windows 7 on a 2010 HP. All my data was transferred seamlessly in basically one day down time. The cost was very reasonable and I will continue to use their services in the future.

We have used this company for approximately 14 years, received good service until we had his wife jazelle create our website. The website was not designed to what the verbal agreement was nor were we given a copy of the written contract they promised to give us even after multiple request. We were lied too, yelled at, and accused of not paying our bills by John Stacy yet he can not produce any unpaid bills! Even though there are a few good and polite employees, the owner/manager John does not stand up to the standards you would expect from this company.
