Never again will I use the services of this business. $240 to transfer data from one portable drive to another. $60.00 an hour to Watch the data transfer. Had the drive been full it would have been $500.00. Im not all that computer savy and it cost me dearly.Never again!

I love going there. I entered their draft with some friends and had a pretty good time. The people there were really kind and really helpful! I will definitely go there again!

Ive used them several times. The tech had to google what to do with my computer. Even then, they didnt solve the issue. Their techs often arent available when needed. They overcharged me and charged for time even though they couldnt fix the issue I brought to them. Dishonest business and not as knowledgeable as they should be.

Very friendly staff, quality work done on my computer, all at a very reasonable price. I will certainly go here for any future tech repairs.

I had my very first home visit and they sent Phil and it was great! I had a whole shopping list of items I was having issues with and within the hour he had them all reconciled and on his way. It was such a good experience and he got to see my problems first hand. I will definitely give them my future business.

I am a photographer who is in NEED of my computer. Just after a huge photo shoot at a wedding my computer crashed!! I took it to Nerds R Us and had it back the very same day. They took the time to explain to me how to properly back up my files to an external drive to avoid these issues in the future. Nerds R Us saved my life and very possibly my job!!

Took my iPod touch in to be repaired. It was done and working great withing three days! I wouldnt go anywhere else but to Nerds from here on out.

Place is a joke... I walk in with my laptop and charger...Lady says what can I do for you ??? I explain 3 problems I have with my PC. Ohh OK Let me get a tech What can I do for you ??? Let me explain myself AGAIN !!! OK we will call you in a day or two. 10 days later I call. Well we think we have a used part down in the basement we can use. OK fine do it. The owner will call you back today with a price. No call. I call back the next day. We have to order the part. Fine do it. whats the cost were not sure. Fine. Get it done. 3 days later your PC is ready. Installed stuff I didnt ask for. OK that will be 80 bucks. Thats fine. I left my charger with them because it wouldnt charge unless I moved the cord. Told the kid where is my charger... No clue whatsoever !!!Well sir... were gonna give you this one to use until we find yours. Its a Dell just like yours I look at it... Its mine in the first place !!! Im glad they just hand out any charger they can find that works. I just bought that charger a month ago from Dell. ( Guess I got lucky getting my charger back ) Dont like explaining my self twice to begin with... Bunch of unorganized kids working there... I wont return. Good luck to you if you go in that door

I brought in my daughters Ipod they said it could be fixed. they Charged me 210.00 I was refunded for the 30 dollar part but had to pay for not fixing something they estimated the price could not fix it charged me and said sorry. I thought that they knew what was going on I even gave them some stuff to help them and I wanted to keep business local but not when it comes to electronics. Any other business would have sent it back and not charged so much if an item could not be fixed.
