I called Metal Masters Tuesday morning and spoke with Linda after our heater/furnace would not turn on....it was the first chilly morning in months. Linda scheduled a service visit for the first available appointment 3 days later. At about 2:30 that same day Linda called back to say they had a technician finish another job early and could be here by 3:00 if it worked for us.....boy, did it!Dalton is a very friendly, experienced young man who quickly diagnosed our issue and resolved it. We have heat!!!! Dalton was GREAT! My wife and I are very impressed with the quick response from Metal Masters and Dalton!

Trent knew very quickly why the AC was not working and replaced the capacitor. He also checked wire connections, cleaned fuse connections, replaced the filter, and other checks that proved the system was working properly. Very efficient and professional.

On the afternoon of Sunday, August 29th, I contacted Metal Masters to alert them of a major water leak in my laundry room that I attributed to a recent installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Within 30 minutes, Dalton was at my house and determined the source of the problem, which was a ruptured washing machine hose. He immediately contacted his supervisor, and they decided to replace the hose since it could have been jarred during the furnace installation.Dalton was extremely professional and explained exactly what he believed had happened. He fixed the problem, and even went beyond the call of duty by replacing both the cold and hot water hoses. (Dalton also answered a question I had about my new thermostat.)Dalton is an outstanding representative of Metal Masters. His knowledge, as well as his professional and friendly demeanor, make him a true credit to this company. Thanks for your help, Dalton!!!

The installation crew did great work, and Im quite pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication with their subcontracted electrician which prevented the electrical work from getting completed for one business day, which unfortunately meant I had no heating or cooling for the weekend. The Metal Masters crew was apologetic that their subcontractor didnt come through and offered to leave some plug in electric heaters to get us through the weekend. While Im not pleased about the electrical delay, the work from the Metal Masters crew was exceptional. They were great to work with and I have every intention of continuing to use Metal Masters for all of my HVAC needs.

Seemed pretty expensive and they wouldnt just refill a mini split unit when those come with the line set empty and dont need to be vacuumed from the factory.I would think if the line set was repaired and the unit was shut off before the lines you could just fill up however low on charge it was.....

All good things to say about this company! We had our HVAC system inspected for general maintenance and Kodi was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We appreciated that he wasnt trying to sell us on anything that we may not need. He was patient and friendly when answering all of our questions about the system and I would not hesitate to call them again.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have no idea why this company only has a 1 star rating on Google. Probably a single review from some disgruntled jackwagon who knows nothing about the company or how they operate. Metal Masters has been nothing short of fantastic since I have been dealing with them. I bought a home with one of their heat pump systems Aug 2018. I had a couple of issues outside of warranty that were caused by some falling ice during the previous owners occupancy, but they took care of them anyway because they are upstanding and they value their customers and their work. Gary and Dalton are absolute studs! Without their help, I probably could have completely destroyed this system. Now I have a much better understanding about how the system works and how to maintain it. I certainly couldnt have done it without you guys! Thank you so much!

Not happy at all with the way we are being treated.. not happy with our installation of a top of the line heater and ac with smart thermostat..have had nothing but problems with it over and over and over... our heater stopped working in the winter called them 3 times with no call back...my daughters heater duct fell off under the house and was not heating her room for over a month before they half way fixed it but broke all the vents in the process never replaced those either after they broke them all... knocked out our closet and left it as an unusable space and looks terrible our gas bill has raised by 25% from our 20 year old heater..told us lies like the ac would keep the entire house cool but thats not the case the downstairs can be set to 72° A/C and the upstairs is sitting at 88°lies about the thermostat then sold us another one that still is not what they promised said they would be done with the installation in 3 days from the time they start... they still have not finished our installation on our house after 2 years they always say they are busy...but we paid all upfront our mistake and they have no reason to finish it now..I nor my family and friends will ever recommend this place to anyone for anything
