I asked to create an account. The person who assisted me in this store created the wrong type of account, meaning that I ended up spending hours in the store as he fixed it. He called to cancel the I incorrect account, but I realized when I got my bill that he had cancelled the CORRECT account, leaving me with the incorrect one. I’ve spent additional hours and hours at another store trying to fix what he should have done for the beginning

Totally 5. Josh was so patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my new phone was all set up! Definitely going back to see him if I need help or new phone or something! 😃

Terrible experience, went to upgrade my phone on the ‘next up’ plan . Which is a new model at the same price. My Bill has since went from $180 to sometimes $260, I have been to the store multiple times, the manager is never available but will ‘call me back’ - still never happenedThe guy who sold me the phone ‘Jerrard’ is apparently under investigation and no longer works there ..... how convenientThey can’t trace the fully paid off IPhone 10xr I traded in ... probably because there staff member took it and ran a little side hussle... hence the reason he’s under investigationHave been told there is nothing they can do, spoke to corporate on the phone for over 10 hours as I get bounced from person to personUnbelievable for such a huge company, feel the customer service is probably better at cricket or Boost . What a JOKE!Edit - 3 Weeks later..... Emailed Steve 3 times at the email provided....3!! Its great that you provided a regional line so you can look pro active on your reviews ..... but honestly what is the point if your not actually going to help!! Went back in to the store and spoke to an employee who was actually helpful and could clearly see the issue with the account but wasnt able to rectify it, sent a message to his manager, whos legit never there!! and also never follows up!! come on guys do better!! I shouldnt have to pay $600 extra a year so you can sweep your shady sales mans suspicious activity under the carpet... Its essentially theft?! Why cant you just pull the cameras from November 14th?!

I dont know how they kept so patient with my 3 year old son touching everything, and ending up spending almost 3 hours trying to get everything settled with my new Note 20 (had to replace my old one, which was being very annoying). I felt so bad, couldnt stop apologizing, it was a struggle, but they were very helpful, and I went home happy with a new phone.

Super bad service, unprofessional staff, they didn’t give me a solution for a problem they made adding another line to my acct that I never used or want it to, we call the customer service after the 5th visit to the store because we kept receiving bills by mail of crazy amounts of money and nobody in that store gave us a solution, and this african american short hair lady was really disrespectful with us and also kicked us out of the store with no reason...Bad look for the Att company...
