I only gave a one star so I could leave a review. I had called prior to inquire about cancelation. I was advised that if I canceled before the end of my billing cycle it would be prorated. Today I called to cancel, my billing cycle goes from the 14th to the 15th of each month. After the cancelation the rep tells me I would still owe the complete bill and then proceeds to say they do not prorate. Wow really so they charge you even if you dont have their equipment nor service.

Make an appointment and block off the whole day!!!! They try, I came in when they opened and was #9 in line. I just needed to drop off a router Ive never used but was being charged for. An hour later I was #10 in line. The staff seemed super friendly as they chatted with the customers at the desk the whole hour I was waiting.one came out to assure us they would see us soon. I had to leave before I ever moved up in line.The store itself was nice and clean, the staff was nice, if they had 2 or 3 more employees Im sure it would be a 5 star review.

I wasnt informed that my modem needed to be changed every 6 years and thatmy current o e could no longer be connected to a network. I tried doing the modern swap online but was unable to do so. So then I had to drive to Kissimmee from Davenport (quite the drive). I was disappointed for how long it took to take care of each customer. Its not the staff fault because each customer had whatever issue going on. I wished they wouldve had a lot more staff to work since this particular location is very busy..where is the extra staff. There were four staff members and one staff member the door and 12 customers. Even if a customer had reservation, the wait for 30 mins.- 45min. to an hour per customer. There were two customers that were being taken care of for at least an hour. Then one of the female staff went on break despite how backed up they were. She couldve at least waited to be relieved to go on break. Finally after waiting for almost two hours, I finally got to be seen. The gentleman cashier 00319800 was nice and knowledgeable about my modem exchange.I was able to easily install my new modem and router. I wished the guy wouldve told me that I needed to call to activate the equipment. Instead of fidgeting with resetting and unplugging my equipment a few times.I hope there is another location built near Davenport and Haines City. Since there are so many homes and apartments being built. It would be very convenient for Spectrum customers. Although, the cashier did inform me that theres supposed to be one towards the end of the year. Spectrum customers, if youre going to the location in Kissimmee, make sure you dont have anything else that you have to do in a hurry afterwards. Regardless of what it is youre going in for, book your reservation.

Tech support was great. They did all they could to help. Then sent me to the store to exchange my modem. The first store didnt have the modem I needed so I asked them to call another store so I didnt waste a trip. They actually said they cant call the store. The store doesnt have a number for one to contact the other. What kind of business does this? Spectrum sells phones. Spectrum sells business lines. They cant connect their stores to provide better customer service. Even the customer service rep. I spoke to didnt believe they couldnt check for me. This is very poor customer service and Spectrum should be ashamed. They wont be because they have a monopoly in my area. The first chance I get at another internet provider I am taking it.

Although I would not recommend Spectrum as being the best internet provider, I would say that we encountered a spectacular employee today that completely gave us a new outlook with this company.Our tech, Ferid(orlando Florida) was incredible. Best tech ever! very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He ensured that we understood the service and took his time to take care of the issue. You can tell that he loves his job and is super professional. It is solely because of him that we will continue using this service

Another state like Virginia first come first serve. One of the customer representatives name Shawn I ask him that us not fear to people wait to long appointment are for Doctor office. Another custome argument that it is no my problem ans I reply back that I have the right to say something and I so not argument with him. The customer representative Shawn yields at me Im I Quoted that if do not to be argument I to take out with the customer I did reply back that I have the right to say something. Alot of customer support me on that. Shawn wiht that comments can really start a altercation with cudstomer outside the store with I qith no follow. I so believe that first come first serve. The store has a cool, modern style with plenty of space for social distancing.Im sorry that I didnt get my representatives name because he was quick to get the products that I needed. If I could give this place a negative 1 star I would. This company is the worst ever. We have horrible wifi service in my new home. We bought and extender, did nothing... we constantly have dropped calls and computer issues saying no internet service. So we upped our motem to 400 or 500 speed...we had to bring old router back to het new one..and that was a problem. I arrived at 11:30am there were 9 people ahead of me with 4 customer service reps. I WAITED 4.5 HOURS! It is unbelievable how inefficient this company is. Not to mention the technician that originally came to my house had to re wire the outside...they dug and broke a water pipe...didnt say anything..so a week later the whole area between the 2 houses was completely flooded. Ok back to waiting....the service reps were currently helping 2 different couples when I arrived. Around 1130...well 2 hours later the service reps will still working with those people. Then 1 proceeded to go to lunch. Even people just returning equipment had to wait HOURS. I am seriously not exaggerating. So if you have to go to spectrum in the Crosslands shopping center...plan nothing the whole day. Bring water and a sandwich. You will wait Forever. I HATE SPECTRUM

They get one star because there is no way to give them 0 stars. Transaction was super fast, but I had to walk to a rep after standing for 5 mins to realize that I had to sign in. There was one rep that was taking all the customers and I felt sorry for him because he looked like the only one working. There was 2 more but it took one to start taking customer after the store started to get very busy. Before I went up they dealt with a customer and nothing was sanitized after they dealt with the customer. I would honestly prefer to change service if I ever have to step In to this store again. Spectrum loves to hire such fine individuals such as Kim and Joy. Who are the best out there to give attitude and are obviously incapable of doing their jobs. I dread the moment I have to step foot into a spectrum location but this one inparticular is just the worst of the worst. As its the same customer services every single time, it appears they train their employees to come in and treat everyone as it is an inconvenience that our box broke. These individuals will speak Spanish amongst themselves but as we approach them they processed to say I do not speak spanish. They refuse to do their job and when requesting a manager to solve the situation not at any moment did he decide to make an appearance. The lack of management appearance demonstrates a lack of leadership and why that location has employees working in such a manner. Its infathomable that in a time with a surplus of individuals in need of work spectrum has Kim an Joy working behind their counter. It appears spectrum needs to hire a recruiter because inside hire is not the answer. Relatives hiring relatives maybe the case and upper management might have hired their aunt so they might be safe, and that may explain their poor misconduct.

Wow! Honest to god, talking negative about people isnt my thing but cannot help it this time, made an appointment in advance through customer care to go to this store to pay a bill and return the tv box, which was supposed to be little more efficient than returning at a UPS store. But as soon as I walked in and met by a rep, he asked me what I was in there for, I told him and right away he started telling me go to a UPS store to return the items which I knew from the Customer care rep, but for the efficiency and convenience I agreed to go to the store. Another store rep approached (probably manager) they both did not let me speak a word and kept on going about how I can return it at UPS and I also have to wait an hour to be taken care there and they were not even busy! And when I told them I had an appointment, they did not believe me for some reason and kind of made a derision-esque face and were very very rude about it, I mean I get it you dont care about existing customers, but you can have a little empathy and respect toward people, and they also could not find the appointment I made on their system so I would had to sign in the store as if I did a walk-in. Sorry but that was literally my experience. Oh and I also work in the same industry and the way we do things are with respect toward people. Hope no one gets treated like this anywhere. God bless.

I went in with the intent of powering my bill. I brought back my boxes, I advised the rep that I was going to continue using our TV sets with the wire on the wall like I have in our bedroom.This guy went ahead and upgraded my internet and disconnected my TV services. I never authorized that!!! I started my service back in 2006. Why disconnect somebody’s service with out the convent of a customer? I will be contacting the better business bureau and consumer affairs and reporting this to the news channel on how you treat the elderly!Every month I pay, you guys try and switch me from my bright house package to spectrum. You have no respect.

They huff and puff as if theyre doing you a favor. I saw one guy be really nice to a lady after she opened a line. The next customer, the lady had a damaged router and he kept asking if she was sure it was damaged and became impatient with her.The one who serviced us was Reinaldo? Rude technician left door wide open of air conditioned home.Couldnt do what I asked, I gave him my second choice he said no. He called his supervisor & supervisor said no to first choice with NO explanation. Supervisor did say could go with second selection, but I was no longer interested. Any company that thinks its ok to leave doors open to outdoors & to the garage is ok and cant tell me why they cant install the cable where I want it doesnt need or deserve my business.
