On time and courteous. Tony was very kind and helpful getting me back to where I was staying after dialysis. Another time I called from a ride home from Epcot. Talked to Julia. They did not have what I needed in the area, but she told me exactly where to go and what to do to get my family where we needed to be! Excellent helpful service even when she wasnt making a dime!

Not only was this decently priced but Julia herself provided a booster seat for my 3 yr old, opened up all the doors for us, recommended cheaper places for certain needs, took us food shopping and picked us up while also helping load the car with groceries AND helping bring them upstairs to our 2 bedroom hotel. Beyond exceptional service! 10/10 would recommend! ❤️

It was extremely expansive. The man was like cash only. Huh???? I ordered lyft and what they told me would be an 80$ trip cost me 30$.

We are not long back from Florida, we stayed in a villa in Kissimmee we didnt drive so we used Julias transportation for our 2 week stay . I phoned & got the loveliest most helpful lady . After explaining how many passengers we had a pram & a mobility scooter she said it was no problem at all. We booked them for days out they came on time & couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. We are planning on returning in 2021 & we definitely will be using theyre services again . We would highly recommend them 😀

My daughter and I found ourselves stuck at Medieval Times after 10 p.m. and after calling two taxi companies that promised 15-20 minute waits. After waiting 45 minutes with no taxis in sight, Julia (the owner) stopped to pick up the last two other people. I asked if she could get one of her drivers to come for us. Not only did she get a driver, but she waited with us until he came because she didnt want us to be standing outside alone at that time of night. The other people were very gracious and said they didnt mind waiting until her driver showed up. When he got there, the driver was friendly. The only weird thing is that he didnt have a meter and said they charge by the mile. The fare was $47 to Cabana Bay. I had checked a fare calculator before leaving and it said $45, so I felt comfortable that the fare was fair. But that might be something to discuss with them before you get in the cab if it worries you. I really appreciated Julia taking care of us. She was great.

We left Smokey Bones on Vineland and the staff called Julias to get us back to our apartment. Julia herself arrived, she was very friendly and charged us less than our outward journey even though it was much later.We used them two further times, once to Disneys Boardwalk and back and to Old Town, also a return trip. Both times we were driven by Orlando, a local guy who was also very friendly and informative on the local area.Very reasonable rates that are agreed in advance added to prompt timekeeping make these guys worth using. I would definitely use them again when I return to Orlando.

Got one of heir taxis 2 nights ago $15 for a 0.5 mile trip, also left my iPhone 7 in the car, know it was definitely in he car as I took a phone call from my son there. Phoned the office and all I got was abuse! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Early this morning around 3:30 quarter till 4 I had the employee from the store call me a cab. Thought nothing of it till the cab driver told me that I was going to have to pay more then I was quoted by $10 because he said I was traveling farther then I said. Top it off he called dispatch and asked what route to take. The reason I feel I have to write this because Im sorry for all the times I called Julias for my customers. Never again, when I got to work 2day I took down their business card and let all my coworkers know dont use them they lie and cheat. Never again Julias

Prices are reasonable with the round trip deal. Took a long time to get picked back up after calling (45 mins) but, Ill consider using them again.

Called in the morning to pick us up at 8:30am to take kids to Magic Kindom. Was a little rude, but then soften up. She agreed. 8:30 came around no show. Called her at 8:40, 8:42, 8:50 no answer. Called Willy cab service, was at our place in 10 mins.

I would not recommend these thieves! And I would never use their services if was my last resort, When I spoke with Julia on the phone she gave me a price of $5.50 per person to take 9 of us to Disney world one way (15 mins away) Never telling me she did not have a van big enough for all 9 of us, She sent two drivers in two separate stinky mini vans we got to the park she charged us $100 and used the excuse she didnt have a vehicle big enough for all of us, Now however Julia that still shouldnt have changed the original price you had given me over the phone?? each time we used them her prices were different and higher! And then she would give me one price over the phone but when her drivers would arrive to pick us up they would give us a totally different price (higher) & then her drivers would say Oh she didnt tell me thats what she was charging you My son was going to tip one of her drivers and the driver would not take his money, he told my son I will not take your money these people are already ripping you and your family off! and Julia has been bragging about how much money she has taken from yous! We were on our way back from Disney World & Julia was bragging to me and my family how much money she made in one year! Ya I wonder why? The day before we were going to leave Kissimmee I called Julia and asked her how much she would charge us one way to take us to a Wal Mart that was 15 minutes away? ($150) can you believe that??? OMG!! So I burnt a little hole in her pocket and found another guy that charged all 9 of us $50 bucks!!! and he still went back for us and dropped us off at the Airport... Thank you Craig you are AWESOME!!! Julia called me yelling at me that how come I didnt call her to tell her? and she told me if you still want us to pick you up I have to add on $85 more per vehicle! I just laughed and told her we dont need you or your services we found somebody else, she was very up-set yelling at me! :) I think she just got mad because she didnt get her $150... BEWARE... find other transportation or walk if you have to..
