An absolutely wonderful thorough pool cleaner who takes pride in his work. John has taken such great care of my pool and I am finally happy to say I have a great pool cleaning company! Highly recommend and much better than my previous big brand pool company that was awful. Kudos to John. If you want to be treated like a vip and have your pool look stunning: this is the man for the job.

It is extremely interesting to read other reviews and the praise they gave this company. Therefore, I will say that maybe the company is a good company, however, person responsible for handling my pool was the complete opposite. My pool has not been completely clear or clean since March. My husband and I trusted that we were being guided and told the truth until we started having people present when the tech would come by. If he was at our house twenty minutes that was a lot. We never saw our pool vacuumed or the filter cleaned. In fact, we had to go out and purchase our own chlorine tablets. After we stressed the importance of needing our pool clear for a party we were having it was still with no success. The excuses we had to hear was so ridiculous. After living in our home for years, all of a sudden, now, our pool is like this because of the retention pond behind our house?!?! Yet, our neighbors that are right next to us on the left and right have crystal clear pools, I think not! He even told my mother in law that we wouldn’t be charged since the pool wasn’t clearing up or staying clean and when we didn’t pay he just stopped coming. Before we realized that he stopped coming, I texted him to inquire about measures I needed to take, he never responded. Therefore, it is clear that there was a decision made to not service our pool which, is fine because we also chose not to utilize their services anymore. Although the company might have other techs that are more professional, I could not honestly recommend this company to anyone. Your workers are a reflection of your company and I wouldn’t want anyone to experience this level of unprofessionalism. I would also feel obligated to share my experience with my neighbors and anyone who inquired about the measures I now have to take to get my pool back to being clean and clear again.

This has been the best experience I’ve had with any service I’ve paid for on my home. John always keeps us aware and informed about our pool. He always does an amazing job. The info he shares after each service is perfect. He sends us a email with all services he’s performed and chemical reading along with a photo of out pool after he’s finished. I would highly recommend Avalon pool cleaning to anyone looking for service!!

John is awesome! His response time was extremely quick. He was also able to come out the next morning and thoroughly explained all work that needed to be done to my pool as well as pricing. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I can always count on John to do an amazing job leaving my pool looking like brand new. Hes responsible, professional and on time every time. He keeps us informed with everything hes done to the pool backing everything up with photos and the pool chemical status sent right to my email.

John arrived exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job cleaning the filter. Took his time and made sure everything was clean and placed back correctly into the filter. Later on in the day I noticed that the filter was leaking at the seal so I called him and he came back the very next day. It ended up being that I needed a new seal thru no fault of his, but he put it in for me and stuck around to make sure the leak stopped. It did just that!! I will call Avalon Pool for all my pool service needs, and highly recommend them.

John Did a phenomenal job servicing my pool and jacuzzi. I’ve used other cleaning services in the area and none really gave me the same quality of service that Avalon provided me with. Will definitely use again!
