Website claims “satisfaction guaranteed”. That’s a lie. They have a zero return policy which is only made clear if you try and exchange faulty merchandise. I try and support local business but it won’t be this one! Better quality and customer service is available nearby for less than the premium prices that these people charge.

Great people at the store and helped me out a lot. The Guy with the long hair on Saturday was extremely helpful and very informative, and just kept it honest with me. So glad this store is open because pinch a penny was a nightmare. Thank you guys.

This has to be the worst pool and spa store Ive ever dealt with. Theyll tell you anything to sell you a product without being educated about the product.I went in for bromine tablets and was sold some cartridge. They said it would replace chlorine or bromine in my tub and was a wonderful product.Unfortunately, the directions say that it requires dichlor (chlorine) to work. Sales associate said oh no it didnt need it. After showing her the instructions indicating the need of dichlor, she said she could get me dichlor, but it was the exact same thing as bromine. It is not, and I advised her as such.She then circled back around to getting me dichlor and that it was not needed with this cartridge.She had 0 education on the product she was selling me and was just like a flea market salesman. Get it sold and move on. No concern over the product or customer. Ill NEVER be back here!I recommend Pinch a Penny and I have no connection to them beyond always being satisfied.

Very very rude. Apparently there was a misunderstanding about condition of pool and when addressed owner/operator was very very rude!! Instead of fixing issues or misunderstanding he just said he would return our money. Wasnt interested in doing business professionally. I suggest anyone over this poorly ran company!!!

One of their chlorine jugs crack and the owners cant give a bucket for transportation very rude non caring
