Please get your staff more help. The front ladies need more help. They have to repeat to wait in your car every 3 min and in English and Spanish. Some dont understand how to work the check in computers and they are elderly and need help. Please consider relaxing music for staff and maybe aromatherapy. It was very intense and these ladies were very good at their job but corporate is failing them. If you want to keep good people please make some changes for them. Also you need a janitor on staff to clean the restroom. There was blood and urine all over the toilet so for me it was u usable.

Went in for a standard lab to be done. I felt as the nurse to way to much blood for one test. 4 purple vials were taken. Then was told the wrong tests were done and i would have to return. In Cleveland labs were fine but they couldnt find in system to mail copy of. Companies like this misspelled my name before .Changed info and other things so records cant be found. I would not trust lab corp. they have false readings, loss of info and other mishaps occur regularly.

Today I went to get my blood drawn. Before 8am. There was only 1 Hispanic female employee working at the time and it was not busy. Being polite I pointed to my arm and showed the employee where my vein was and said here is my vein. (I said this to help her out) she then said very rudely “you don’t have to tell me how to do my job, I’ve been taking this for 14 years”. Shocked, I then said “No, I know”. She then said “No, you don’t know. Because you are telling me what to do”. I then stayed quiet because I was shocked and confused on how unprofessional she was being for absolutely no reason! All this happened while she was taking my blood. I did not catch her name, but I hope management can better train their employees on customer service, regardless of the “years” experience someone has. Customer service goes a long way and keeps people coming back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The service from Dee Floater at the front desk is really poor. She denied service because i get 3 minutes late after driving 40 min. Next day I came back, she sent me to my car to wait for a text message which I never received and after an hour waiting she said that she sent it and that I have to wait again

If I can give no stars i would this place is the worse the wait is ridicoulous then they tell you to wait outside but when it comes time to call people they wont go call you my husband had a random drug screening so we had no awareness to do appointment waited over an hour for them to give him a urine test that all he needed in and out in less then a min. I will most likely change my insurance since he often needs blood work and I refuse to continue coming to lab corp

I will never ever ever come here again. Made an appointment for 10 and they tell you be early. Already been here an hour waiting. When asked girl up front she was super rude and said they are about to call that 9:45 appointments. What in the world!?!? This is ridiculous!!!! I knew it was going to be some nonsense because when I walked in this place was packed like it was a club. And there is a child that has been screaming for the entire time!!! This is the worst location ever!! Do not come here! Avoid at all costs.

I would never go back to this place! I made an appointment for 1:00pm, got there 10 minutes before. They didnt call me until 1:40pm, at first I thought the lady at the desk was kind of rude. Then I realized she was stressed out, she was the ONLY person running the office. She will check you in and also will draw the blood. Shout out to her for being everywhere, trying to help as many people as she could. Blonde, Hispanic lady, sorry I didnt get her name. Still, I would never support a place that is run like this.

The nurses are rude and they dont go according policy. Lots of unnecessary people waiting during covid in the lobby. They tell you wait outside, we will send a text when we are ready. They text you and then dont call your name have you waiting for hours in the lobby.

Since I moved to Florida (from Seattle) it seems to me Im in the 3rd world, I dont understand how everything can be so inefficient. LabCorp is no exception, I went for covid testing with the prescription on email and they did not accepted it saying that it must be printed.

My mother went in today for some bloodwork. The service was extremely unprofessional. The tech was really rude...no compassion. My mother told the tech several times that she was hurting her and she disregarded her completely. I know we all have our issues but these techs shouldn’t take it out on the client/patient.

Questionable Unprofessional business practices, called to report closing facility early multiple times. Running to rear of office unprofessional leaving elderly patients on time outside in the heat with masks on. This place is not safe and is detrimental to Labcorp’s professional brand and the staff shout be fired. ( look at the reviews it’s consistent )

If it was possible 0 stars to all labcorps, 4 times I’ve been coming this week trying to have some labs done to my autistic 3 year old. This people dont care about disabilities, even with appt they take so long and my daughter cant take being around a full place and waiting so long, sometimes dont even a chair to seat. When you explain that you have a child that cant be in a full place for long period of times or that she cant wait long period if times they says that they cant do anything, if you step out so tour child can stay calm if they call you, you lost your call.

Office is very clean and staff is very professional. Wait times were never terrible as long as I booked an appointment. My only complaint was the billing department for this company cant seem to get it together. I received a charge to my card when I had informed staff the day of the appointment that I had secondary insurance. I called the department and gave them the info. They refunded charges on my bank account, but still sent me a bill several months later. I called and gave the information over the phone again, only to receive another bill for the same invoice again.

DONT COME TO THIS PLACE! If I could give zero star I would! One of the young lady at the front desk lost my fiancé insurance card, she called his name to charge him (before getting the service) and told him to have a sit without giving his insurance card back to him (which we thought was normal) and then when we asked for it before we leave, she with a bad attitude said she didn’t have it. The supervisor Megan Dubay, was even worse, very RUDE and she completely justified the girl and was insinuating we were lying, are you serious ? She didn’t do anything to solve the problem and we had to go back to home without his insurance card just because they were stupid and NEGLIGENT.

You know that your results available in your Dr office, they called and sad it is abnormal and you need to come to discuss it and labcorp still refusing to put the results on my portal, they said I have to wait 3 days after my Dr received it, they are just a horrible company

The person at the front desk is extremely rude, very unprofessional and not prepared to work with public specially leople with health issues. I was theyre to take my wife and we had to leave because we were never called and after the 30 minutes that they say to wait we asked her and in a very rude way she told us to sit down because she hadnt called her yet. I’ve been in this lab since 10am. When i came I registered in the tablet, i tried to explain to the girls that i came for a drug test for work and when i did the appointment online it was giving me a glitch. They didnt even let me explain and told me to sit down and they’ll call my name. After 2 hours of waiting one of the ladies asked me for my information and what i came for, and told me that i have a drug test request, i showed her the email and she wrote down the confirmation number. I would think that this type of information she had to do it as soon as i get to the lab, not 2 hours after. Anyway, Its been 3 hour and still waiting, and i just asked who much longer i need to wait and they said “at what time is your appointment” i said “i walked in because its causing me a glitch online” she said “you need to make an appointment” and i am thinking “so I’ve been here for three hours waiting, for you to tell me that i need an appointment, she could of told me that at the beginning, instead of having me wait 3 hours” I explained that I’ve been here for so long, and she said “ there are 3 people before you wait 12 to 20 min”. Unbelievable, horrible customer service.

Drove 30 minutes to this location bc its the only one nearby that accepts specimen drop offs on Saturday. Called my dr. Tuesday and Wednesday- no results. They called LabCorp main line and found out that the ONP is processing but the stool specimen test was discarded. There was a note saying patient will return with new specimen however I was never told why it was discarded and more importantly I was never told I needed to return with a new sample. My doctor was not notified of this either. So after dropping off the sample I began the antibiotics for my son and now it is too late to do a stool specimen and its a guessing game if whatever my son had is going to be receptive to the antibiotics given. Waste of time and poor communication. Extremely annoyed!

Also a sign for 14 people to be sitting n el waiting ares and I counted 33. Not following precautions and do not want to loose charging the insurance for a patient.

Use to dread coming here, but its the only location open on a Saturday by me. Spent so much time staring off awkwardly. I think the new check in machines changed everything. In and out in like 15 minutes with test complete. Im not even 30th in line anymore when I show up right when they open, Im like 3rd. The staff looks less rushed as well. Which is great, they are so kind to be coming in on a Saturday.

Made an appointment for BW, checked in on time and had to wait for more than an hour. When finally called I asked if they where behind and was informed that there are only 2 phlebotomists working due to supposedly company cut backs. If that is the case then the logical thing to do is to remove the appointments scheduling because it cannot be honored. That time spent in the location was and is ridiculous and unnecessary for us the consumers/patients to be put through this headache.

Its the first time I went there to do my labs and they said they I never went there grrrr. Now I call and they send me to call costumer services what kind of lab its that. First able on the day of the appointment the nurse was incompetent she couldnt get my vain and then she forgot to fill one of the tubes, so she calls me back on my way out and brought me back to the room to take more blood from the vain on my upper arm. They sucks.

Maybe this will put a smile on your face or make you laugh out loud. Some of my Spanish friends will be proud of me. Lavinia, I think you will laugh, and be proud of your Lab Corp workers in Kissimmee on John Young. Emma was awesome, if you can pass that along.As the Lab opens at 6 (I was there by 5:35 A.M.), a couple of others were already there. Of course before they open more folks arrived (no English) most thought I was trying to jump the line. I was attempting to tell them I was just there to pick something up, no one understood me. Now here is the funny part I decided to google how to say, I was just there to pick something up (solo estoy recogiendo algo) I walked to each one and have them read it, they all smiled and I think they said ok (está bien). 😃Emma who works there was bilingual and was super nice and gave me what I needed and then accommodated me as soon as I came back with the specimens. I was home back in my little Southern home by 6:45. All businesses could use someone like Emma. Thank you, may God Bless.

Attitude of representative was unprofessional and wait time is unacceptable! 4 check in kiosko but only two work. If you ask a question they responsive with unacceptable attitude. Manager should provide Human Resources training. There is no visual way to even know the position you are in (waiting) and one television which is OFF. If possible choose another location because this one is awful.

The receptionist is not prepared to deal with patients; since you get a bad face and a horrible bad shape. He doesnt say good morning, nor does he want you to have one when he says goodbye, he doesnt even look at you. He has no patience with the elderly patients, he is annoyed if you ask him something and if you do not understand what he is saying and ask him to repeat, even worse. With so many people what is in search of a job that could provide better care; Too bad they still keep that lady working there.

This place has the WORST ATTENTION is disorganized, you have an appointment at 10: 00am you arrive half an hour earlier for anything that could be presented and an hour later they took care of me, when I was already upset, a girl who looked after me in the morning opened the door so abrupt that I gave my baby of 18 months in the head, I was there because he spilled a glass of water and there was no one to clean it, not being a rude person I was cleaning it and not even education I ask if the child was well, apart from that, he attends me when he arrives in Spanish, and afterwards I am upset about so much waiting, but the blow that they gave to my baby happens to me and they leave me waiting and send someone else that stands out I leave the purple arm to the child because after I put the needle to draw the blood I did not know where the vein was, it is a place very poorly attended by unprofessional people !! Its my second time there and it was just as bad and much worse than the first

The service has to update the staff that receives the public is arrogantly mischievous screams at people does not guide the elderly in relation to the check in .. which I understand is good for those who know but lousy for the elderly who are not Familiar with technology, I had to help many older people and others who left because they did not know and did not dare to ask for the shouts that were given to the bad educated frontier desk. I have been in that laboratory many kisses and I can tell you that before it was very good you could go without an appointment and they would attend you, you could call and they would give you the appointment by phone now they only tell you to make the appointment online And I wonder how they handle it The people of the third age who do not know about the internet and but do not know in the machines that are set to register is for one who understands a pokito it is more difficult for them I and visited it that they do not know nor can they register so that they can See if they wanted to improve if they were for the clinic not for the patients the patients struggle more in registering and now if even with an appointment it lasts more than an hour almost 2 hours it was better before than with an appointment it only took up to 10 or 20 minutes ai and you left my opinion is only so that they pay attention to the service that they give to older people they do not understand it easier for them
