Roys has been doing my lock work for 18 years.Both commercial (my clinic) and residential ( home).I wouldnt use anyone else.Their employees are fully vetted, trained, and identifiable (work shirt)..

I stopped by today to get some keys made and it will be my last time. The guy with the pony tail, has no manners or personality. I said hello and he had this stank look on his face. Then he tried to over charge me. Personality is everything and the way you cary yourself. The environment was very uncomfortable. Never again.

Go get your key made here always happy friendly people they will always get the job done for you 👍🙂

Too expensive for common items

I called and Mr. Jason came right out and it was on a weekend! Mr. Jason was very helpful and also knowledgeable about their products & about what he was doing. Price was very reasonable for a emergency call which are all weekend calls could be. I had locked my keys in my home!! I would definitely recommend Roys again and again have I use them again since the first time yes I have. just so u all know they have stuff for sale in there office as well!!Thanks guys!!Ms. Kathy T

I needed a set of keys for a trailer. I had a difficult time finding someone in the area with an actual storefront. The person was nice, very friendly. These are unusual keys and I had ordered blanks but Roys has a policy that they wont cut a key from a customer provided blank. He said it wouldnt matter that my blanks were the same brand as the ones I needed, he wouldnt use them.He made the two keys for me from blanks he had, different brand than my original keys and blanks. I went back to my trailer, one works, the other doesnt. I compared his key to my blank and original. Its close but close doesnt work with keys. I would have paid double what he charged me if he had used my blanks and he could have kept his own blanks.Still, he is there, nice store, nice people. Im sure they have their reasons for their policies.

I won’t ever recommend this company . They do whatever they want, they also take whatever they want out of your house .

Dont trust any other locksmith that shows up on maps. I drove to three separate locksmiths that showed up on a Google search. All were phony addresses. These guys were the only ones that actually had a physics address. They were super friendly and made a copy of a key in less than 2 minutes. Great service.

When I needed a spare key made for my apartment, Wal-Mart fell short, as did Lowes. I was about to give up and think my key was impossible to copy, but I drove over to Roys and within five minutes I had a spare in my hand. Very efficient, helpful, and in my opinion well priced. Will definitely consult them for key needs in the future!

I have only been here to duplicate unusual keys. They have always had the blanks for any key I needed duplicated, and their prices are fair.
