Shane and staff are amazing at this location. This is like my hometown postal office. I really like the fact that I can send an email to have items printed for business or personal. These guys are professional yet still very caring in their customer service. The place always smells amazing and have great music. Keep up the great work guys.

I am very disappointed with how my reservation was handled by this U Haul franchise. I created a reservation on Monday 4/5/21 to be picked up on Friday 4/9/21. I had my reservation as a Truck Share via the app. the day of the pick up arrived and all seems fine, or so I thought. The reservation was available on my app and all look correct. One hour before pickup, I was heading over to get my rental when all of a sudden my reservation disappeared. I was in panic as how this was possible. After lot of research (glad I printed out a copy of the reservation) I noticed my reservation was cancelled with no reason. Now I am in full panic mode as it is Friday afternoon and I do need a rental. Fortunately I was able to get another truck at a different location, specially since the original location was not even showing up in the website.

Friendly, professional, clean, safe (counter is wiped after every customer)and great rates. I am usually skeptical about mail services because they are usually overpriced and lackadaisical in their attitude. Going Postal on Simpson Road has proven me wrong. Thank you for changing my mindset. I will return soon!!

I am in Kissimmee every year for a work related event. Upon our departure, I generally plan about an hour to spend at a shipping store sending all of our items back. At the last minute this year I realized that the store I had gone to in the past had gone out of business. After a quick search I found Goin Postal around the corner. What a find! The owner, Shane, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me in bringing in all of our boxes, went over everything that I needed done, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes.
