Great place and an excellent customer service. My mother did a hearing aid two years ago and there was uncomfortable sound in the device I stopped by them and the lady at front desk was super helpful and she did everything she can to fix it, she was very patient and kind. I really recommend this place
Audiologist is very nice. The front desk girl is nice as well, but the office is shorthanded. Phones are not answered because foot traffic is very busy. Main office needs to send them front desk help to answer phones and return calls and give some breathing room to the front desk girl/assistant. Audiologist is doing a fantastic job caring for patients herself. There are only 2 people working there (1 audiologist, 1 front desk receptionist/Assistant). Other than that, the place is very nice.
Everyone is so accommodating. The audiologist was so easy to work with. Very helpful snd good st answering my questions in a way anyone could understand. I would recommend them to anyone needing hearing services.
2nd trip here to just drop off faulty equipment. Hearing aids work on their end but not on mine so we keep playing tag going back and forth dropping off equipment that they say works but doesn’t when my grandmother uses them. Both times greeted by Sheila, very unpleasant, unprofessional and overall an uncaring individual. She may not have liked the fact that I spoke English to her after she repeatedly spoke Spanish to me. Even though I look Spanish, English is my first language. Like so many elderly with Medicaid, they are limited to few places for their medical needs and unfortunately this is what they must go through for basic needs.
My doctor sent them a fax referral on a Friday evening. I waited and gave them time. I then call them on a Tuesday to confirm that they have received this fax. Much to my surprise the lady on the phone tells me she does not have time right now and that she cant go through 20 faxes at this time. She then tells me that I have to wait for a phone call sometime though the week. Wow. TO CKECK IF THEY RECEIVED THE FAX!!THIS IS APPALLING AND DISGRACEFUL BEEN SEEING HEARX ALL MY LIFE AND THIS OFFICE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW IN KISSIMMEE IS THE WORST OFFICE!Dont go if you are looking for kind and helpful service. They dont offer friendly help
When I arrived for my early morning appointment I was turned away being told I had no appointment. I did in fact have one and had been reminded about it the day before via an email.
Awesome place very friendly and knowledgeable I can hear things I never knew had a sound
The front lady is unpleasant an helpful, we tried to make an appointment, she told us you have to wait at least a month, that is all after waiting 30 min in the waiting area. I do not recommend this place.
They where as helpful as I can expect Ill be back soon as I got the right insurance to cover my needs
Although there was no other patient there, it took them nearly 1 hour to call me. However, once they called me, the young lady who tested me was so friendly and so helped it was a nice experience.
Personnel very helpful and knowledgeable. No waiting, and Dr. very proffesional. Got my hearing aids in less than a week.
