Went to Beltone in St. Cloud Florida. Met with a Kelly Osbourne specialist. She listened to what I wanted, and recommended a Beltone product that would fit my requirement. She answered all my questions, and fully understood the product she was selling. If I had one word to describe the experience it would be comfortable. I’ve had the hearing aids for two weeks so far so good.

I really appreciate the time the office at 909 E. Oak St.Kissimmee, Fl.34744 takes to explain things to me, and answer any questions I might have. The office manager/receptionist, Jolene, is amazing! She always greets you with a smile, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, and is extremely knowledgeable of all the products and accessories. And when it is time to leave she always sends you off with another smile and kind words. I am so thankful that your company is in Aetna Medicare Select (HMO) network, and I pray that you continue to remain partnered with them in the years to come!

Make sure you double check with your insurance provider as since Beltone was an out of network provider they did not pay. Much better off to go to a network provider ENT unless you want to lose money out of your pocket. Even though there was entirely miscommunication the staff was adequate

I received my upgraded hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. The quality is clear, crisp and there are several programs for various circumstances like restaurants, etc. The Kississimmee staff are friendly, professional and Luz Parra is highly skilled at finding the hearing aids that will be best for your needs.
