I place my yard waste trash can to be be picked up and it got ignore I call the wasted management office and leave a message with my concern the following morning I receive a call back and ask to place my trash container on the curb side which I did …. later in the evening I check to find out that the trash was not pick up that is when I call wasted management office again I was told that the truck came by and there was no trash can by the curb side I was also told that a manager drove in a pickup accompanying the truck driver ensuring the job get done. I must say that never happen because my trash can was sitting by the curb side as soon I finish with the call and to top it off I check my house security cameras and did not see the truck passing by.

I went and bought an additional yard waste can for my yard because I can’t fit it all in the can they provide me and now it’s been two weeks and they stilled have not pickedup my yard waste. Pathetic!!!!

Well for the last 2wks I got a situation with the yard waste... the employee refused to pickup it. I don’t know why..but this driver supposed to let me know what’s wrong

This company is literally trash. I cut up the recyclable boxes taped them together flat and placed them neatly on the side of my house and they sat there for weeks and now it’s deteriorating on the ground. Lazy lazy lazy employees and workers. But for sure if I give them cash they will pick it up no problem.

We had some wood that has been there for two weeks the garbage man came and he said he can’t get it because it was next to the mailbox we told him we will move it real quick while he was getting the house across’s trash he said I will get it next week in a disrespectful way and he was telling us what was wrong in a very disrespectful way.

It was bad enough we went from twice a week up pick up for our Brown to once a week was bad enoughnow theyve changed the sanitation schedule conveniently giving themselves 3-day weekends during major holidays that fall on of course Mondays its not about saving us money its about them having nice long holiday schedules. If they really wanted to save us $45,000 a yearw be a savings for taxpayers and these people could keep working Mondays like they always have to in the past!

For some unknown reason my RECYCLE BIN was NOT picked up on Friday August 14th....I better get a credit on my account....

Just horrible. They keep forgetting my trash because I apparently didnt have it out on time which by the way I put it out on Sunday afternoon and now the foreman just told me they dont throw away wood. So I asked him since its wood can I put it in the green trash and he just kept saying no that they dont throw away wood. He did suggest that I would have to go to a bigger dumpster to throw it away. Im pretty sure I would get a fine if I throw away my personal trash into a commerical dumpster.

Apparently if there is a storm in the ocean they will not pick up any bulk tems whether it is scheduled or not. It has to basically be chopped into pieces to fit in a garbage if not it will be left behind as bullets for this impending hurricane. Really? It happened in thr day before Irma and now Dorian. Makes no sense.

Congrats to the cities garbage collection department they are extremely punctual and very professional.

Excellent on time
