I work there (with my father) its very decent if u want to make other residents people happy for the new trash cans

Im surprised by the bad reviews but I guess if you never have a problem with them, you probably never looked them up.... Ive never had any issues. I noticed as the truck was coming my neighbor who has health problems trash was not out. I ran the can to the other side of the street where the truck was at and he took it, with out issues. Awesome Thank you.

LITERALLY EVERY OTHER WEEK BOTH MY BINS ARE NOT PICKED UP! I HAVE BOTH CANS 6 FT APART FROM EACH OTHER AND FROM MY NEIGHBORS BINS AS WELL,YET THEY EITHER MISS ONE OR BOTH. THIS IS GETTING TO BE BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND THEN THE CALL WAIT IS ALWAYS OVER AN HOUR. LETS NOT FORGET NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOE ANOTHER DAY OR TWO FOR THEM TO PICK IT UP

They constantly miss picking up items for bulk removal, you call and they keep changing what constitutes as junk removal. they wont pick up wood pallets but Furniture is ok, its bulkier than a couple of pallets and made of wood but non the less, doesnt fall into the bulk category. Never had these type of ridiculous issues with Waste Management, this company is horrible.

Not a good company. Next council meeting we should demand they be removed or council members be voted out! Bring back waste management!

Can was where it was supposed to be facing the correct direction with only 3 tied bags, about 1/2 full. Was out the night before. They dumped neighbors can next to ours but left ours without dumping it. We pay for this service with our hard earned money, it shouldn’t matter if there is 2 bags or a full can if it’s properly put out it should be emptied. Do we get a discount on our taxes for all the times you don’t do what we pay for ? I think not.

This company is unprofessional, rude, and doesnt actually do there job...... had a supervisor come out, be rude, combative, and then leave trash that was earlier left in my cul de sac by the company.... I would give them a 0 star rating if I was able too.

Horrible experience dealing with the Hispanic driver and we are Hispanic as well, he cursed out my uncle in both instances where we’ve had to deal with him. Absolutely horrid, never had such an unpleasant experience with any trash disposal company anywhere where we’ve lived but here. Completely unprofessional.

Customer Service is a joke the driver destroys the can and all customer service says “it can take up to 3 business day for them to bring out a new can”. You ask them a question and that’s all they say where are we suppose to put our trash if the can is destroyed? Waste Management was so much better and employees were employees not robots that just repeat the same phrase. Osceola go back with Waste Management or find a new company.

My neighborhood started using them not long ago and they have already managed to “miss” multiple of all categories of pick ups. Even pickups specifically called In and SCHEDULED. This company is very inconsistent and can come anywhere in between 7 am to 7 pm. Don’t get too comfortable with them coming later, cause they love “missing” pickups.

Vanessa answered the phone when I called I to question some things and she had more answers than i had questions, was friendly, and very helpful.... Their customer service is on point and they have taken my trash every Tuesday morning at 06:00 on the dot

What kind of nonsense is this. And whats up with all the exclamation marks. Why didnt the truck driver provide his name And I information . you show up at 5pm and have the nerve to leave this and not pick up our recycling.

Waste management had men on the truck who were polite, friendly and helpful, not the case here. Im just now being able to dispose of my artifical christmas tree because you are limited to what is picked up for the bulk pick up. One bulk item per week because they are limited. Waste management never had a problem with this. Living in a house there will be more yard debree and watching a collector rip the bag open to ensure its grass and weeds and leaving leaves on the road because he couldnt bother bending over to pick it up, really? If it isnt broke, dont fix it.

I follow all the pick up guidelines each week. They pick up my recycling okay but on my trash day, Wednesday, the trucks drives by often and dont even bother to pick it up. Since this new service began most weeks I find myself calling their customer service line multiple times to tell a confused customer service representative that they still havent pick it up my trash. By Friday afternoon they do finally perform their service but I shouldnt have to call each week. Hopefully if true, after they merge with Waste Management, I can get some good service. Until then, the waste service till now has made me very dissatisfied, they are very incompetent.Addendum 2020-11-30For the past few month they been doing a okay job, despite having a rocky start.

Advance Disposal shows up as scheduled and leaves no mess behind.

3 weeks out of the month that they skip our house when picking up trash and/or recycle. I have to call Osceola waste management because if I call the actual company it’ll never be picked up. Straight bull sh!t

For 2 weeks in a row they did not pick up the recycle at the house. I called last week and they said they were sending someone. They did not so I waited until next pick up and they by passed our house again. They said that it was because there was 3 cars in the driveway, well there has been 3 cars in the driveway for the last year.

Worst company to use. Thry didnt pick up my trash on the scheduled day when everyone elses was. Can was closed, no extra trash, away from mailbox, easily accessible, not full. Supposedly going to pick up today, but still sitting out at 2pm. Bunch of incompetents.

This is the worst garbage collection company in central florida, Kissimmee Area, they are so junk and often services are like they aregarbage, they leave garbage on place, they dropped on streets and created a mess, PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY AND SERVICES

I had no problems with the previous waste management company. This company is a joke. I have never had so many skipped pickups. And they wont pickup half the stuff the previous would.

Worthless. Christmas week all my trash couldnt fit in bin. They wouldnt take it.ppl usually have extra trash that week youd think they could make exceptions. When they dump the bins trash gets everywhere. They drive like Nascar, speeding everywhere and change lanes like they own the road. Absolutely terrible!

Worst services 2 weeks and they havent pick up the recycle, called them the do not answerd. Called at 3:27pm they said 10 minutes wait at 4:00pm turned all line off. They do not want to solve service and that why they do not answer calls. Im in zip code 34771 hanover reserve community. Neighborhood is full of trash can.

Not even worth 1 star. At least Waste Management took all garbage at the curb. Osceola County needs to revisit this contract.

The absolute worst company imaginable. I literally just watched the truck drive past my house with the trash can on the curb. The drivers couldnt care less about their jobs. This company is awful and so are its employees.
