I leased a washer and dryer along with a speaker which I made a payment up front. I then I decided to get a laptop for work after a week I got so sick and thought I had the virus ended in the hospital and missed 1 payment and they came the next trying to collect that same week my friend was taking care of my kids since I was in quarantine until test results I cannot put my kids in that risk. My friend spoke to edgardo the sales manager that then went to laugh at my situation and said it must be Convenient. I then told my husband try to make a payment ASAP which he did that left a small past due amount. On the next due date for the payment my husband cleared the whole balance and we had our next payment 5/30/20. Then 2 days later they tried charging a payment I called and spoke to edgardo again and stated that because of the missed payment it made the system go all wack. And to come when I can to fix it. Since today was my payment date I was going pay and have them fix the issue that happened on their part but at 9am buddy’s came to collect payment of $260 dollars saying I owed a balance that I missed a payment last week I advise them when I made the agreement it fell on my paydays that last weekend did not fall on my payday the manager told me strictly that it was a mistake through the system and they would fix it the gentleman that came to the door then proceeded to call the store who ended up speaking to Eddie who is the store manager I explain to him the whole situation and advised him that I had receipts with all the information that I have no balance in my next due date was May 30, 2020. The store manager and he proceeded to be very rude and basically yelling which got me really upset because I needed something to be done he then told me that he was going to cancel my contract and that he wanted to pick up the stuff because I’m not listening to him and I need to make a payment when I am the one that was wrong and I told him I have proof. He then proceeded to hang up on me that is an unacceptable customer service. Don’t ever go to this business they make it about money for them to get no 1 inch of customer service or sympathy or empathy goes towards their customers or potential customers.
Most understanding and nice people I ever met a t a furniture place... was blessed to have gotten furniture from them. This place is my number one recommended place. Thank you Eddie 😁👌🏾.

Mike and the team at Buddies work hard to make sure their customers are happy with their purchases and they offer quite a few different payment plans and options...I dont go anywhere else!

My mom(85YRS OLD) has CHF and COPD.. She can not lay flat in bed. BUDDYS rented/leased me a BEAUTIFUL RECLINER FOR 75.00 FLAT RATE UP TO ONE MONTH. THEY DELIVERED AND PICK UP FOR THAT RATE.....UNBELIEVABLE...THEY WERE A SAVING GRACE FOR MY MOMS VACATION.....
After being a customer for over 2 years i get a call from an employee to collect a payment that was 2 days late suggesting they would pick up the item if i didnt make the payment immediately. Ive been late in the past more than 3 days and i have paid them. Im returning the electronics to the store just to stop the threats of them picking up the item after 2 years and only 2 days late.the employees attitude over the phone made me no longer want to be a customer.
They assisted me in purchasing a sectional that I was searching for a while. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely be visiting the store again.

Most unprofessional people ever, this is a furniture lease store, key word is lease but yet they want to make you keep the furniture because in their own words its not good business to rent furniture for a short period of time! Then what is your business make people buy furniture at almost triple the price? Listen you guys are in the rental business, so maybe you should do just that. I rented a bedroom set and straight out told them it was for a short term due to a family visit and from the get go they made it super difficult, telling me they couldnt do it unless I payed a month in advance! A month that would cost me 170.00 dollars which is ridiculous ! When I said i wouldnt do it they changed their mind and said they would take two weeks. The bed I ended up not using at all and it sat at my house for two weeks and I called the store for pick up the customer friendly employee told me that I had to keep it and pay for two more weeks, I told him over and over that i had no use for it and i wouldnt keep it they said Its in your house so youre using it and you need to pay and keep it can you believe that! After all and when i was finally contacted with the manager he said we will pick it up wednesday ( i was calling monday but whatever) he said i still owe them for the two weeks im not going to use and could never rent there again! Btw its wednesday and they did not show for pick up. These people are a fraud and please stay away from them, they should go outside and change their sign from buddys rentals to buddys must buy! Stay away and gave them one star because a no star is not an option in their review menu, so even that is a fraud.

Horrible people, Wilma and Mike their job is to u rip off, they will sell you pre-owned furniture and tell u its new while its NOT... BE CAREFUL this place doesnt sell they lie to u tell u its payments while its lease and they force into paying it for long term, believe me its not worth and customer service is waaaaaaay too garbage
