Great service, Will use again!I called numerous table rental places throughout the state to facilitate the large project i was putting together. Taylor Rentals was one of the only companies that followed through with my changes and worked with me to finalize the delivery. I cant say anything bad about the interaction and the planning put through. Jim and his guys that delivered and picked up the nearly 600 tables were very professional and a pleasure to work with. If my event comes to Orlando again next year I will definitely call Taylor Rentals again.

This place is a joke. Contacted them and asked if they have 8ft folding tables. The guy said yes we have them. Drove all the way there to find out they dont have them. The guy whom waited on me had a horrible attitude and was too busy working on his computer to even pay attention to the customer in front of him. Went with another company.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! The only reason I gave 1 star is because it made me leave some sort of rating to write a review. I am shaking as I am writing this. I have never been so upset by the service received by a company. I contacted Taylor Rental October 16th for a quote for my upcoming wedding. I received an email on 10/18 stating there had been a family emergency so the quote was going to take a bit longer. I am an understanding person so of course I waited. I was finally contacted on 10/30 and told that they were working on the quote, but needed the exact address. I provided the address on 11/2. On 11/9 after not receiving a response, I emailed again stating that I was concerned because I needed to secure rental items for my wedding. I got a response on 11/10 stating they never got the address so I replied immediately and gave them the address. They provided the quote that day and I replied requesting information on how to secure the date. They responded on 11/13 and said that I was required to pay 20% down. I replied again and asked how to pay that. I wasnt sure if I could do it over the phone or needed to go to the store in person. By Friday, I still had not received a response and as you can imagine, I was very concerned. If it took them this long to respond to an email, would they show up on time to my wedding? I sent a professional, but stern email and requested a manager call me. The manager/owner of the company called me and was extremely rude. He said that if I had called, I wouldve gotten an answer and that it was my fault for not calling. Up to this point, I had only communicated with them via email. I am a school teacher and cannot make personal phone calls while at work. I did try calling a couple of times, but I shouldnt have to track these people down. They are a company offering a service that I was more than willing to pay for. The manager proceeded to tell me that I needed to find a different company because he didnt want to work with someone like me. I am so very upset by the way I was treated just because I was upset that they werent responding to my emails. Its not worth the money youll save with them. Stay far far away!

This company does beautiful events. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff that make it very easy to work with. Lots of different high quality event items for rental.

For the company to be a party equipment rental deal they are not the friendliest bunch. My fiance and I were reaching out to this company in regards to securing equipment from these guys but their response times are slow via email and the owner/ manger does not know what customer service really is. Telling people its not my issue you didnt call to get a faster response is not a way to handle guest relations. If there is a better company out there and you possibly have these guys in your top three- Take them down. Its apparent that these guys just cant do good business.

Rented tables and chairs Good pricing and staff very helpful. I used them 3 yrs ago rented linens at a good price, but a few of them were stained and they replaced them immediately, i would definitely use them again.

For youre Wedding- party or just a family event come experience Taylor Rental were all about family

I’ve asked them more than 5 times to stop blocking the parking area of my home yet they continuously do it over and over. I’m going to have to contact the city and make a complaint.

Desorganización everywhere. Paid more that $60 for renting 4 table cloth. Just because I returned it 1 day late. Incredible. No customer service ethics whatsoever. Will not recommend.

They have all of your rental needs.

We set a contract for a breakdown at 10pm. Paid overtime fees. Workers didnt even show up at 10pm. Its now 30 minutes past pickup time and were half an hour from final wraps before that portion of the city is shut down for the night. I should have been at the hotel with my bride by now but instead were stuck waiting on them to appear. Frankly, Im pissed off and disappointed they couldnt show up on time, leave a number to reach their drivers nor contact us.

I had my rental return back on time and I was shocked when the next day I saw a charge on my credit card from them without them saying a word to me (thank you Apple Pay notifications!). I had my fiancé immediately call them to ask about it and after lots of back and forth they agreed it was their mistake- they tried to tell us items were missing even though we were the ones who packed them up ourselves and everything was the way it was supposed to be. Our phone conversation ended with them saying they would adjust the fine, but days later, I saw it’s officially gone through on my credit card. When coming to pick up the items, they were also late and unprofessional and kept my fiancé’s mother waiting there for hours past the time they agreed on, and this was in the middle of the work day for her. I would never recommend this place again to my friends or family.

OMG! Great service and great price. I needed chairs to rent at last minute. Literally pulled in and said ...need to rent chairs he said for when?- I said for now 😊 he said no problem, go on the back and a staff will help you load them up. It was faster than a drive thru service lol! Will rent from this place again. 👍

The quality of the equipment is absolutely horrible, the inside of the shop is very dirty .. I will never recommend this location let alone ever do business with Taylor Rental again ....... And the only reason why I have them one star is because you have to give them at least one star to write a review .
