Hello,I want to share my negative experience with this company. I sent a box to my mother on March 23rd, and she barely recieved it a week ago. The only reason she recieved her box is when I started to talk about potential refund to the contents of my box, since it would appear to anyone that the box was lost. They mixed up the rice for her, and then tried to pin it on me, the customer.Also, Ruben completely glossed over the fact that they are not taking proper inventory, and have the inability to accept culpability when my box was not arriving on the agreeded upon timeframe. My mother had to beg and plead with the company to get the proper address for her rice in the capital of Dominican Republic and travel out of her way to rectify the mistake of Ruben/Tavearez Express, and return the mistaken bag of rice that was given to her.Overall, Ruben Tavarez was attempting to subvert my complaints by shifting the blame onto the customer. It was unprofessional, and if I could request a refund I would, but he also said that is not a posibility. Never doing service with him again, I would suggest finding more responsible individuals to handle your boxes and merchandise.

I sent 2boxes to DR and i paid 130.00 the guy had me sign a document thats sated i paid $110.00 and asked for extra for gas 👀My boxes arrived late and several items were missing and i know that the company stole it because i was there when they finally delivered it to the wear house! So they a thieves!!!! RUN RUN 🏃‍♀️

The worse shipping I ever deal with pay my money for 3 boxes and still one month and 10 days nothing. The worst company in all of Kissimmee is called Tavares express I sent 3 boxes for a month and 10 days and the payment has not yet arrived I think that what I have to pay is that Ami they do not do business with it they are very bad
