Customer service was outstanding and got me in and out in minutes till my next project

Rented a Lift... went to Apopka, the lift got a flat tire from the sidewall. Called Kissimmee rental world, ( there was no spare tire on my lift ) they told me it was my fault that the tire was flat without even asking what had happened... I had to leave the lift on the side of the road, purchase a brand new tire, and have it installed to get back to Kissimmee!They didn’t want to compensate me for my tire just a complete waste of time and money...Go to St Cloud Rental World... they have spare tires on all there equipment.

Make sure if you pick up on Friday anytime before 12 your not going to keep it till Saturday because even if it’s 2 hours early they will still charge you for a half day! Any way to get more money out of you even for just 2 hours!!! Even if you call and they tell you that it will be a full day on Saturday if you bring back by 9 on Monday! Need to get everyone on the same page because that will make customers go else where there are other rental world around!!

Dishonest. I called today and asked for a concrete grinder rental for the day and they told me $200. I arrived at 11.30am and they told me its $300 and only $200 after 1pm because today is Saturday. Drove all the way here and need it for a few hours and was told $200...then they try and rip you off for an extra $100 and offer to ‘do you a favor’ and cut it to an extra $50. No common sense. Dishonest.

Anything and everything you need to cut trim pick up Etc... Richard the owner is now retired I believe and his son has taken over. They are all very good people there. I give them five stars. They have a store in Kissimmee as well as Saint Cloud at reasonable prices to rent things you may need.

Save me some money from replacing my lawn mower and pressure washer they repaired it really fast.

RIP off rented us the wrong skid steer without tracks then charged us additional hours due the front tire sowing out causing us to struggle and run the machine longer than necessary on flats and didnt give a discount for the faulty equipment/blown tires and lack of inventory to rent us proper equipment and the particular style we needed never going back never recommending to anyone go to a larger more reputable company so you dont get ripped of

Stay away from this store very unreliable I used there equipment on Wednesday we spoke to manager chris recio we had reserved it for sat at 1pm. When we got there they gave it to some one else and we were left out with out the equipment. This Sosa a rep was very unprofessional didn’t try to help in some way very indifferent. Please stay away

Utterly horrible customer service. Be careful making any reservations here because they will not notify you that the equipment you rented is unavailable. in my case, I rented a 16 foot utility trailer for the weekend... drove down to Kissimmee from downtown Orlando only to find out that the trailer rental was extended by the previous customer. Of course, this all could have been understandable had they called me to communicate the information, instead of wasting my time driving all the way down to get the same news. I highly advise not using this establishment unless youre within walking distance and you can walk right over to verify that the equipment you need is in their yard. Even if you have a reservation, they will not inform you that the equipment is unavailable.

No service for broke down rental equipment on weekend could not finish our job.called on sat just beforw they closed and was told nothing they would do until monday .. poor service on this rental

Terrible experience with one of their employees named Robert.HE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!He’s been there for 16 years and still doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. TERRIBLE

Fast easy and cheap equipment worked well

Great Customer service ! Had an issue with a chainsaw i bought there and they were very helpful and helped me fix the issue right away and even took the time to teach me basics of maintenance.
